Labcorp, Pomona CA

I've been going to the Pomona location at least once a year for several years now. It's not the closest to my home, but I'm willing to drive because they are very efficient. I never made appointments, and today was no different. It's amazing to me how quickly they see patients. Even with long lines, I'm checked in and seen in less than an hour. Today, they had an overflow of patients due to another location being closed, and they still saw me in under an hour!

My first time visit it’s my opinion that the kiosk for checking in should be located near the entrance. There was a wait in line for checking in, the woman in the window was slow. However the lab staff is great. Most likely will return to this facility.

My 1st time here won't come again came to drop stuff chino is my usually location they closed I walked in and the lady at the front desk yelled can you lower that I don't see no signs in here saying you can't watch your phone my daughter got scared and upset she was a white lady with blonde hair she she wasnt helping anyone either just sitting at the desk won't be returning to this location there's a line u have to wait in to just drop off specimen chino is much easier they tell u come in and go drop off specimen don't need to wait in line my daughter kept telling her high and she was just ignoring her

Always busy, never taking walk in, in fact I was sent to Pomona from LabCorp Nanuet. After the 30 minute drive in traffic, Pomona il office at 2: 15 pm tell me they are no longer takin walk ins even though they close in 2 more hours. They don’t care about their own patients or own inter office referrals. They are horrible people - terrible dispositions, just another medical office treating people like cattle. If you want to be treated like humans don’t go to LabCorp Pomona The Absolute worst people work there, actually they may not be people but demons. God Bless America but do away with LabCorp once and for all.

After reading the reviews last night, I was a little nervous about coming to this location. But also after seeing the recent comments from the owner of the place, I had hope that they cared and wanted to make things better and I believe they did. I went in without an appointment and the check in was fast and they also called me to the back fast. People were polite. Then I met the person who took my blood and she was so happy and kind. Her name is Itzel and she was so gentle and I would definitely come back. Thank you for caring, for listening, and for making changes.

There is no way you can talk to people in the office by phone, it is impossible to make appointments on the phone I don't know why my insurance uses this lab for blood work or other lab work it is terrible, I would give it no stars if possible

The woman checking in patients has a terrible demeanor. She is deliberately not checking people in because the 10 people in line (and growing) refuse to stand in the rain. She should not be in front checking in patients. If she hates her job and people in general she should find other employment.
