Front lady was rude and snappy to my father who doesn’t speak english well - didn’t seem to be room for patience with customer service

Had a routine blood test, they sent the Dr. The wrong test.
I go in with a correct test at 10: 30 AM was told come back at 12: 30 PM. I walked to Quest Diagnostics. Was out with the 5minor less.

With a walk in and paying ahead of time, it was super quick, workers were friendly as well.

I'm supposed to do a drug test here. I'm trying to call ahead to schedule nobody answers. It's not fair that they never answer. Not reliable at all. I'm not looking forward to going at all.

This place is small and with an appointment it’s a wait no appointment it’s a wait and also l am surprised that the lady who drew my blood her name is Rose claiming to know what she is doing for years can cause such an awful hematoma after a blood draw and cause an injury to the vain and bruising the needle is not supposed to go in that far it can cause injury. I mean if your in health care have compassion for your guests that arrive I see all your motivational signs in your lab as you draw blood and do testing maybe you should do what you preach because it was awful and this isn’t the first time it’s happened she has a rude vibe no matter what you do it’s just awful with that in mind I don’t know about the other staff there but this lady acts like she inhumane. Don’t go here ok I’m trying to save you a bad experience so many other options thank gosh. I would of given this a 0 rating but you have to leave a star to be able to leave a review my elderly folks don’t go here parents of small children nope try valley children’s or a some where else. Please omg nope!

The staff is very rude. When asked for help they say you are old enough to do it your self, when signing in.

I went in to have bloodwork done while waiting the worker there was so rude to everyone. She had zero customer service skills she was rude with everyone. I had to walk out because my anger would not let me stay there to deal with it. The next day I went downtown on N street and the people there were amazing. I would never go back to the other one I will make the out of the way trip to downtown just for a good experience. The one one fresno street is not it.

Every single person that worked there was rude and disrespectful to point we had to leave because how disgusting they were talking too the people.

Horrible receptionist, hispanic lady dark hair and dark rimmed glasses, wish I would have gotten her name. Went for a 3 hour glucose test today with an app arrived at 820 am and was told I couldn't do it because they close at 1130 for lunch. Frustrating when I scheduled an app online and she wouldn't even try to work with me there was only 2 ppl in the waiting room at the time. Feel like she could have gotten me in and I would have been done in time for then to close for lunch.
