Medical Laboratory Labcorp reviews
7Lab technician was visibly ill (openly coughing, sniffling, red puffy face) and refused to wear a mask when requested.
Horrible experience from start to finish. I had an appointment and arrived on time. The check in kiosk was not working for anyone. While I waited, another patient without an appointment walked in and they took him before me. It was 25 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen. The people working there were rude, mumbled so it was difficult to understand them, and very unprofessional. Avoid this place if at all possible.
My husband had apointment 2 month before the day of test he notices he left his ID at work but he has passport and insurance they don't even bother them to help him they say oh it machine you should scan your ID we are bussy we can't help you. I always prefer quest diagnostic lab but for insurance purposes this time they give to lab corp which I assume it's cheaper place.
I walked in at 2: 40 pm. Labcorp closes at 3pm and they accept walk-ins. There were absolutely no patients in the back being serviced or the waiting room and the technician told me we don't take any walk-ins after 2: 30pm. If that is the case then labcorp needs to post that on the website. The staff also told me that somedays they don't even take walk-ins. It should be yes or no not only when they see it as an inconvenience. Not all people can make appt.s everytime.
I had my daughter there who is very difficult to draw blood from. Although unsuccessful, they went above and beyond what was expected to draw blood. The third woman sent us to to the Verdugo Hills Hospital lab where they were able to get.
This office phone number is operated by robots only, will only take appointments online, and has no openings until after my scheduled surgery.
I am going to do a walk-in and hope for the best, but this is a terrible customer experience.
