Labcorp, Covina CA

They accepted walk-ins however it took a hours plus to get called. So if you are planning to walk in be prepared. Also the staff is not friendly and not helpful

I booked an appointment and I still had an hour wait from the time I checked in to the time I was seen. Plan accordingly.

Zero (0) that is what they deserve - they are rude un organized from street outside to the inside. Like a clan and gang no respect at all.
Very unhappy front desk and that rubs to the rest. I got the blood test and at the end it was very bad I left angary but I am not letting it to get to me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AND YOU DESERVE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU.....

The lady at the front desk knew nothing about their insurance policy and had a very unpleasant attitude when dealing with the issue. To see is to believe, now I know why this lab location has such bad reviews.

Booked for a lab test 3x and they don't have the tubes everytime. Incompetent. Worse yet the staff was non chalant. Answer to me was "I don't know".

Good luck in trying to get hold of someone on the phone or even someone calling back. Turned up only to be told my blood work docs were not sent by my doctor to claimed he had. Could have saved me time by just speaking to someone.

Very long wait on a Friday mid day for what was supposed to be no appointment necessary. Not coming back here.

I not going to lie the wait was long especially with older people with bum knees! But I now realize to have a appointment is a much better way to go.lesson learned! A shout out to all of the workers thank you for being so nice!

Horrible location. They never answer the phone. Never have open availability for appointments. Not Reliable. This Location Needs Help.

I can't take it anymore! To see such a low rating when the labcorp here is very fast and efficient. I have been here 3 times in the last 8 -10 weeks or so. The first time I had an appointment and I was in and out like in 10 minutes. The other times I was a walk in. Today, I was a walk in and there was a long line. I probably waited like 20 minutes. The staff is kind and efficient from the first contact outside of the building until the very end. The people drawing the blood are great and have never had trouble with my veins. With or with out an appointment they are really fast.

Worst facility ever, do not have your tests done at the Covina LabCorp on Rowland. Text msg.to staff, would not answer question why no test results ready for 14 days (2 weeks). Tried to place blame on doctor, said it was the type of test he ordered. NOT acceptable when same tests have been performed at other LabCorp facilities & results have ALWAYS been received timely in 48 hours. Only received a generic response, would not answer specific questions.

Wait time is Ridiculous! SO many people in line outside. Was here 20 min with NO movement. No explanations!

Less than 1 star. This location is now closed. Then I went to next closest in Covina where I waited an hour and a half on line outside. Super small office. Hot tip MAKE AN APPT.
