Labcorp, Vista CA

I have never been treated so badly in my life. I hope not to ever have to come back here. Dawn was very rude and uncaring of my situation, not helping me given it was my first time there and I was carrying my baby who started crying.

Terrible experience for the two times I went. Awful clinic hours, long wait times, rude staff.

Long long wait. Very difficult to make an appointment. Check in kiosks don’t always work. They are closing centers, referring patients to Vista, and short staffed. The people who work here are nice but Labcorp really needs to step up their game. And they need competition

Their appointments are booked wayyyy far out. The wait time for walk-in is atrocious. The phlebotomists are pretty good though. Why the hell is it so hard to create/staff a decent bloodwork lab in this area?

I went here to take my drug and I gave them my urine they told me it wasn’t enough so I tried to give them more and I couldn’t and they told me if I couldn’t that I was refusing so I waited it out to see if I could I couldn’t I was standing outside because it was cold in the lobby they told because I was right i outside the door it the I was refusing to take a drug test so I didn’t get my job and they put that on my background THE STAFF THERE IS RUDE AND THE VIOLATE HIPPA REGULATIONS BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE A DRUG TEST THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

SLOW SLOW SLOW. Such slow service- had to wait over an hour and decided to LEAVE as the entire room was full of people standing around (many elderly) with no where to sit. Unacceptable. No updates on the wait- always have random charges that are due when signing in that have no reasonable explanation- seems very sketchy. DO NOT COME HERE

I went today again for my bloodworks, it’s my first time to see this Lady she asked my debit card which I didn’t hear anyone asking me before specially to my military insurance coverage. I know she needs to take a lot of blood in a tube, but she ends up 2tube half printed my name 2stickers and left the other tubes empty and no seals. She said this 2 must work! WtH is that this is my routine bloodwork I know what my doctor asked me to do so… I know I will be back again in a week because they missing up my bloodwork’s. Thanks to you blonde woman today

This is the third time we took our dog there. They did a fantastic job great people very helpful. I called ahead of time for an appointment. It didn’t take very long. I think it was about a week.

This labcorb is always so great. I don't understand the reviews of some people. A lot of people don't like shots I quess. But they are always super nice to me. Thank you for that. You just got to drink lots and lots of water before you go so they can find a vein. And I tried it once but I could not find one to save my life I swear. Thank you. They are really

I use the Vista LabCorp Office all the time. I'm an old Vietnam Medic and know when a person knows what their doing! Whenever I get "Dawn" draw my Blood, I know she's going to do it right and without pain. Good Tech!

Worst place to go for lab work! Unorganized. Very slow secretary even if they rotate. Slow phlebotomist there's always a line and the backup. Even if you have an appointment! I find this ridiculous, can't go for your lunch break and get your blood drawn cuz you're going to be there more than an hour and a half
Go anywhere else but this location on Vista Way

I had a fantastic experience at Labcorps. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The Front Desk was excellent and helpful. I have had bad experiences with getting labs drawn, and Dawn made the experience quick and easy. She was just terrific. I can't recommend Dawn and Vista Labcorp staff enough. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly, empathetic and helpful. This location is known to be very busy, that being said the staff works very hard to accommodate all patients. Just try to book an appointment before your visit. Dawn is my favorite and always takes excellent care of me. She has decades of experience and is very smooth with her procedures! Had a very unpleasant experience this morning while visiting this office for a routine blood lab. After checking in and being seated, I was called up to the reception desk and was asked to pay for a non-existent residual balance. When I asked what that was, as I had never paid anything at Labcorp in the past 3 years of having this Insurance, I was given a bunch of numbers and letters and asked again for my debit card. I asked again what they were referring to and I was told that it showed on their screen that I had an account through my work (which I don't) and said I could now pay it or not, as it was up to me. I chose not to. When I asked for the information that was shown on the screen, I was told I could not have it and when I asked for the specific information the employee told me that said I had the account, she lied outright and said she had never said it.
Beware of these tactics and behaviors when asked for this.

5 STARS. It was busy while I was there, but they are quick and efficient and even the site supervisor stepped in to help which I thought was awesome! Thank you to all the staff for your continuous patience every day.

I showed up on a Wednesday at 6: 28am (they open at 6: 30). I was 7th in line. I got called back at 7: 04am and I was done by 7: 10am. I think to be first in line you have to be there by 6. But it didn’t seem like a long wait even for the people who showed up around 7 (maybe 45minutes based on how many people in the lobby?) anyways, people always leave negative reviews. The flobotomists are nice, and they do a ton of blood draws every day so they’re really good at it. Don’t hesitate to go to LabCorp due to the reviews. Show up early if you don’t want to wait without an appointment. 5 stars.
