If it was me i wouldn't even give this place a single star, the staff is so unfriendly and the way they speak to elders is just not acceptable, i was with my mom who uses a walker and the ladies in the front were rude and had no patience whats so ever.someone has to do something about it, put a smile on all them faces for GOD sake.or hire new staff that actually love their carreers.

Very efficient in and out. Sign in on tablets that scan your ID and insurance. Raj was super nice and made the blood draw painless. I was in and out in 30 min which is probably a new record for me. I came at 9am on a Saturday.

I've used this location several times now and they always been friendly and quick. I have poor ceons but they always get it on the first try!

They had a computer were you sign in and scan your ID card and Insurance card. I came early in the morning so they saw me right away. It didn't take very long and I was done very quickly

An unprofessional staff member was venting her frustration about how all patients don't listen to instructions in a condescending tone publicly, for all of us to hear. Never felt so unwelcomed in a clinic design to serve patients.

I had an appointment this morning and arrived without the lab order from my doctor. They offered their fax number so I could call my doctor and have that office fax the order. When this didn't work, they told me if I wanted to get the order from home and return, they would see me as soon as I got back. Which they did. Brandon drew my blood and he was great. Very patient, friendly, compassionate, and good at his job.

I was here today at 9: 15 am the front staff were kinda rude when i walked in byt i didn't pay much attention to it i had seat and waited at 10 i had to leave because i had doctor appointment at 10: 15 when i reach to the front staff to have my paper work i discovered that she just finished submitting my paper to the system after 45 minutes.
Note that the front staff was talking all the time and making fun of people's names.
Never coming back to this place.

My Dr ordered some routine blood work and the lab technician's were very professional i was in and out in 10 minutes they were very friendly the facility is very clean and well kept, the only downfall was finding parking.

Very sad place MONIQUE is horrible and scary she seems to like fear in your kids eyes.
Dont come here!
If you do please trust ur instinct and leave!

The front desk staff is straight up ghetto! One of them was speaking about how she hasn't been touched in a while! Another one complaining about their job! If you don't like it simply quit find another job that best suits your lack of professionalism.
