Very fast, very friendly, and I never felt a thing. Most places have trouble getting blood from me and leave bruises. Not this one. This will definitely be my go to place for lab work.
Very bad experience at this location. There was only one technician for all tests, I had to wait 30 min for a drug test and they let me wait for another 20 min and I couldn’t use the restroom because I needed to take the urine test.
Staff are so nice. Lab corp service is not
At the first time they said my test rest will come in 3-5days and now 2month past, but I am still waiting and they said i have to wait at least 30days more. I don't need that test rest anymore but still have to pay and customer service ignore phone call and emails.
In and out. Petty painless. The bathroom was not working completely. I think the sink needed work.
9am slot, arrived late and hangry to be greeted by friendly staff, gently and expertly poked in my arm to fill the required containers. Very thorough procedure to make sure everything is labeled correctly. Been going here for years and very happy I finally found this place.best Labcorp location in the bay area.and totally underrated.
Had a worst experience. They didn't took the test as I'm 5 min late. The lady at the reception was very rude. Would never prefer this location again.
I've gotten my blood drawn twice from this location, both times on a Monday morning and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you don't have an appointment just go in early (opening), simple as that. I work around blood all the time and they seem to be decent at that part, than again I have easy veins to stick.
It used to be long line, especially in the morning. Not any more. Thanks to the new staff, nowadays lines have cleared, especially in the afternoon. Often, I am done in 10 minutes.
Really Really long waiting time even though number of customers are not many. Kind of very laid back and slow moving place.
I came in at 12: 55pm for an employment drug screen. I was out by 1: 25pm. I am not kidding! I've never had such a short visit at a Lab before. Huge thanks to the staff at that location!
Terribly disgusting- dirty carpets, needle caps on the ground, long wait times, understaffed. Highly unprofessional. Impoasible to reach on the telephone. Visited October 24 afternoon/evening.
Quick in and out if you have an appointment, which is easy to make online. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I liked that I was taken in quickly, and that I could make an appointment online. I didn't like the skill of the tech who did my labs. She had to do it twice in each arm. Plus, when she put the needle in she moved it around to poke into wherever she was trying to aim. It was awful. I recommend PAMF instead.
