Medical Laboratory LabCorp reviews
8I live in Alameda but the one here is very inconsistent about being open. Started coming to CV love it the people are great and the wait is short
Absolutely excellent service. Simply make an appointment on the web site and get a QR code for entry (no more than 3 ppl allowed in the foyer during the pandemic). All C19 safety precautions have been taken. I remember the bad old days of sitting in a waiting room for your ticket number to come up.
Conveniently located right across from the hospital. Easy to get in and out without making an appointment. It’s never busy.
The lab is in what used to be an old one story house. Parking lot is in the back of the house.
Personally, don’t care for the self-serve check in station, especially when there are not other patients waiting. Seems impersonal.
Gotta say.great job! To LabCorp. I appreciate so much, the ability to work easily with an organization.
Great job guys in the Castro Valley location!
We went in to comfort my friend for a blood test. The guy taking her blood was very rude and instantly kicked us out of the room and had a attitude while doing it. Not professional at all and they need to hire people that actually enjoy their jobs.
Very bad service. Unprofessional. The guy at the counter was so rude. The lady in the back phlebotomy, she draw my blood from both arms, and one arm was bleeding. It really hurt so badly but she didn't get any blood from me. I don't think she knew what she was doing. I started to complain. The guy in the counter came and told me if I'm not happy to go get service somewhere else. I will report this situation to state of California.
I've been here twice and was very pleased. The staff was friendly and had the paperwork my doc faxed to them on hand. I've had two really great phlebotomists, and I don't say that lightly as I am not fond of needles (and that's a huge understatement). The receptionist is a really nice, low-key guy, which I like because who wants to be around "hyper" just before they get stuck! LOL I did walk-in both times and was lucky that there was very little wait time. Easy, free parking in back. Good choice.
