I have been an HR professional within the Agriculture and Wine industry for a little over a decade now. And I just witnessed how Erica, a manager at Labor finders in Paso Robles down talked and mistreated an employee. It was terribly disappointing to see how she destroyed this employees morale right before Christmas. I will never consider them to outsource labor. A huge NO in my book. As employers looking to outsource labor from this company please do not consider them. They can be a huge liability. Please don't consider them at all.

Genuinely some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! You can tell, and feel, how much they care about their employees which is rare these days. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me find a position and I will definitely be returning when another job opportunity is available!

I don't use temporary labor very often at all. This was for work at my home, not at a company. I had some heavy work to do in my wood shop moving around machinery and laying down 98 pound rubber shop mats. Erica sent over Alex and Aden. Two young men who were courteous, cheerful, threw themselves into the tasks and did fine work. Not at all what I might have expected. I'm very pleased.

We originally contacted them to look into a temp to hire situation and received a call within minutes. Erica explained our options and provided all of the information we needed. She sent us resumes very quickly.

We ended up not needing their services at the time but decided to give them a try with temporary labor when we had a few sick employees and needed to cover their routes. Erica again responded immediately, even though it was almost 5 pm, and found us someone for the next day.
