4They are great until they are not. Edit can make a great first impression, however, that is where it ends. She is rude and disrespectful. She will gaslight you and force her own insecurities on you. I am not sure if she is in charge of running the company but she will use you until you are no longer “valuable” to her. If you are looking for a place that actually CARES about you as a human being, this is not that place. I hope you all reading this find success. You will just have to find out for yourself. Cheers.
Without a doubt Labor Finders (San Diego South) has been the best staffing agency I have worked for in San Diego County. The reason why they are at the top of their game is the great leadership of the general manager and the dedication and efficiency of his hardworking staff.
It is the chemistry that they share which allows them to be accommodating to their workers' needs and circumstances by providing support in ways other staffing agencies would not do. Bringing your hardhat to a job site, giving a worker a ride to a job or dropping off a work ticket to ensure getting paid on time are just a few ways they demonstrate their support.
I have worked there for just over a year and have had consistently 3, but more often 4 to 5 days of work. And even during a slow period, management is working to bring in new customers to ensure their workers have work. If you need extra work, in between jobs, opportunities for full-time work, stop by LFSSD.
The obese woman with Chinese hair who attends and works there gives lousy service.
