Asked for a full diagnostic inspection once and they just looked under the hood and that was it. They don't let you buy aftermarket parts yourself to save money, they try to push expensive top tier parts or they won't do it at all. Today I called and asked them to look into a code I got and they told me they don't look at cars anymore and hung up on me. Rude, disrespectful and shady place.
Awesome service and fair pricing. They analyzed the shaking of my car using a hand diagnostic tool and confirmed I needed an ignition coil on cylinder #6 and a sparkplug. 1 hour later no more shaking. I found my new auto repair shop. Great job!
Please. Please do not have work done by this outfit without comparison shopping AND getting an estimate—

I was grossly overcharged for a replacement water pump on my Jeep. I found a repair bill for the same work (including 2 hoses more than this time) 6 years ago for $165.
Realizing times change, after being charged $480 for the same repair, I called two garage/repair shops to compare prices. One was $220, the other was $240-$275.
One shop told me many places/guys charge more for single “women who don’t know anything”. Who are more vulnerable to flim-flam practices. BEWARE.

This is a great shop. The owner of this shop is informative and has an AMAZING spirit. Today was my 4th time receiving service, the most consistent and worry free service. They will not BS you, every mechanic seems to be working under the lead and direction of the owner who is a genuine GOOD person.
Have been here before for smog check next door who also do great work. Owner is professional, friendly and honest. Brought my Prius in he took a quick look, checked my fluids, referred me to a nearby place to buy tires and didn't even charge me! I will definitely be back this is only place i'm bringing my car for mechanical services.
