If I could leave a zero star I would! This place is complete trash! They all lie from the beginning. AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU MAKE THE WEIGHTLOSS.
I had explained to The person that signed me up that I was only able to attend the 1st challenge because I will be out of town due to my work schedule and she said NO worries. After you loose the 20lbs we can then get your money back. Trainers also saying the same thing. So I did everything. Followed the plan, did everything I had to.even the unhealthy practices this place has. STARVING YOURSELF THE LAST THREE DAYS.or what they like to call it "Going for the home run" they literally have you on NO water! Just ice chips. And I have screenshots to prove that the trainer telling us to stop water intake! It was so uncomfortable I told her no, that I was not going to do that. Now Come in weighing in day. I made the 23lb mark and immediately the trainer Kristen Fries starts pushing for me to get in the next challenge and I re explained my situation. I can't because of my business I will be out of town for most of those 6weeks. And she said! Then it will be $10 per pound lost. I told them that was fine. Totalling up to be $230. And they should have refunded $270. A whole week goes by and nothing. I called to follow up on my status and refund and All of a sudden another person is calling me telling me that they can't do that. Only option is to Re enroll. So why are all the employees projecting and promising other options? ! Super frustrating! If that was the case I would have never done this program to begin with. In the end they didn't do anything. Kept the money! This place is a complete fraud. And everyone in there. Kristen, Anaya, Ms hernandez and the other front desk girl Shame on You!

My mother in law and I really want to go to this gym but we’ve been a little disappointed. We went last week to check specials/prices and the manager wasn’t there. Which was fine, we got a trail 3 days pass (which included childcare) and we left our info and questions and were told we would receive a call. No one called. We went in today to start the trail thinking “okay we will just talk to her today” and she wasn’t there again AND childcare is only specific times that we weren’t told about. It isn’t a giant deal but with already feeling neglected and the price of gas right now it sucked to drive all the way there and have to turn around. Meanwhile the other gyms we’ve checked out are pretty much calling us everyday to get us to commit. Still considering going here but it’s been a rough start to say the least.

Everything about the gym is amazing! I love coach carolee, and the fact you have child care for up to 2 hours is amazing! I'm a newbie to gym life! But having a female position environment that's uplifting and encouraging is a must. I felt awkward trying to work out at unisex gyms. But ladies first really is that we come first

I love this place! I love that it's women only so it doesn't feel like a meat market. I love the classes and the instructor's! All of the ladies there are very kind and welcoming! It's also super clean!

I really do like this gym, however I have been coming for two months and twice they have not been open when they are supposed to be.

I love this gym. The classes are great and the facility is so clean. I love walking in and feeling like I am at a spa. The gym is beautiful and designed to make ladies feel like they are at a place they can work out happily at. I love the morning spin and weight classes! They have weights and cardio machines as well as row machines. Can't complain. Its a hidden gem in the AV.

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, everything is clean, and I like the equipment as well.

Everything about this gym is amazing! From the staff to the equipment and all the extra amenities. My kids love going to the day care also! Best gym in town hands down.

I love this gym! I feel comfortable working out and the classes are great. The staff is very helpful, they are willing to help if you have any questions on how to use the equipment.

Ladies First has been an amazing experience for me. I have joined other gyms in the area while I have lived here but this is first place I have been where the teachers get to know the students and really care about your health and fitness. The front desk staff are kind and caring and want you to have a good experience. Because of such a friendly staff, the ladies who attend the gym are also kind and helpful. They always offer to help when you are learning something new and the environment is just really encouraging. Although I am overweight I have never felt judged by the trim and slim ladies. I have had great success in staying motivated at this gym like I never have before.

Nice place but certain areas could use just a minor amount of sprucing up. Also, members leave bits of trash here and there. Maybe more trash bins might help the problem. Marketing tactics ensure business survival, but I dont like to get caught up in "caveat city" regarding various program and subscription particulars. Watch what you sign up for because, chances, are in the end you will part with money inadvertently due to swift talking front-desk clerks. Just saying.

Great staff, great instructors, wonderful classes! Fully supportive all Ladies fitness gym. No judgement zone - only encouragement.

The boot camp is the ideal way to start the day - the instructors were creative and fun, the other clients were a hoot and we all walked out humming the tunes and feeling energised and proud of what we had achieved. It changed each day and each day was amazing - love it!

Love this gym! I’ve been coming here since 2013 and I wouldn’t trade it for any other gym. I always feel comfortable and the staff is always friendly. Not to mention, their boxing classes are everything!

I enjoy coming to Ladies First because it's motivating. The staff is always pleasant and I really like all the classes they have to offer.

Class was great and sign-up was a breeze with wonderful customer service. Loved it, so most definitely would recommend it.
