LADOT Parking Violations Bureau, Los Angeles CA

Agents are always giving out tickets in the midnight, knowing full well how lacking parking is in the neighborhood. Even themselves has no place to park, but they still choose to give out tickets to the residents. It’s hard not to think that ladot makes money from fines. I'm a student and I just moved here less than two weeks. However I have already gotten two tickets in a row in the past three days. I am very upset about this. If AGENT can point me to a place where I can park before issuing a ticket, I'll accept my tickets, otherwise I'll consider him to be unreasonable. Not having enough places to park is CITY's problem, why do residents need to take the blame for that?

I Parked at Santa Mónica public parking 1 for 1 hour and got a 63usd fine for not parking heads in. I didnt see any sign at the parking and I didnt know this nonsense rule. I am a turist from south américa and I was arrived that same day to LA. My car was rented and had plate both in front and rear.
I went to the Office and staff treat me really badly, they were very rude to me. They forced me to pay.
Felt like a scam, and as a foreign with a rented car I could not do anything.

A completely different car, with different color stole my front license plate and was using it for their back plate. Somehow their speeding ticket gets put onto my car and i never knew. The color and type of car dont even match the actual registration. So crazy trying to fix this

I made a payment online I paid with my card and a month later I get a letter saying that I owe more than the ticket

The fact that I have to enter a star to review really upsets me.
*****Beware****** check you bank statements, this company will over charge your bank account $153 ×3 REALLY? OH and the worst customer service EVER, No help at all. Something is not right about this
