As a prospective renter, I called and made an appointment to see a model I was told was told was available to see. I arrived on time at 4: 00 (time per facility request). The doors were locked with an “office closed for training” sign on the door. An employee did open the door to collect the mail and I told her of the appointment. She told me that the office was closed and there was nothing available to show me anyway. If this is reflective of their customer service, business ethics, and management competence, I would strongly consider looking elsewhere.
