HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I should have read the reviews first before coming here. I see why they don't have good comments.

Went in and got a young stylist, I thought to myself she might know what she is doing. Oh geesh I was wrong! I told her I wanted the butterfly cut. She said she doesn't know the names of the haircuts, she goes by picture. So then I showed her a picture and seemed confident she can do it. But the result was nothing close to it. The ends are not even and now I need to go somewhere else to fix my hair. I had long beautiful hair and she cut it short and in layers, which I didn't want. I wish I had gotten her name but honestly by all the reviews I read.seems like all their stylists don't know what they are doing. During my time there was one older woman who cut 4 men's hair in a 30 min time frame. Every man I heard tell the stylist a different cut they wanted but honestly, they all walked out with the same haircut.

She constantly asked me how long to cut my son's hair at every side of his head. After we showed her a picture of what haircut my son wanted, i expected her to at least had an idea. NOPE! "How long? " On his side, she asked again "how long? " The constant confirmation by me to someone who I thought was a professional was frustrating. She showed no confident on her ability which gave me an idea of how low her experience was. I didn't like the haircut after she was done. I will not be bringing my son to that salon again.

For starters, the lady didn't know how to make me a pair.and then I showed her a photo of how I wanted my hair, and she left it another way. And I don't even comb my hair properly. The truth is that they have bad hair there. Just really mad at the moment with this bad hairstyle.

Rosy cut my hair and followed my requests exactly. Very clean and pleasant.
