Laguna Hills Launderland

I’ve been going to Launderland in Laguna Hills, CA on Alicia Pkwy.for 5 years now. It is by far the cleanest, best operating laundromat in my area! I have my own washer and dryer at home, but I go there to wash comforters, big blankets, mattress covers, and my king size bed sheets and mattress protector, etc. I have never had a problem, but was surprised last week when to no fault of the owner, the hot water was completely out and needed to be repaired for the whole laundromat! Also, one of the usual, big washer machines I use— the coins, got jammed midway through inserting them and I couldn’t get it unjammed and it (ate!) several of my quarters! I was pretty upset because I did several repeated loads of the same items in cold water to (try!) to get them as clean as they would have been in hot water! Needless to say, I spent more money there than I normally do, so I went back to Launderland the following morning, just after 8 AM when the cleaning lady the night before told me the manager, Steve, would be there. I completely explained my problem the night before, showed Steve the video I took of the one large washer, coins being jammed, and explained that without hot water, my sheets, mattress covers and blankets I brought did not get as clean as normal. Steve was so reasonable, friendly, understanding, and refunded the exact amount of money I would have not needed to spend had there been hot water and the machine not being jammed from quarters! I was in shock of what a nice guy he was and how fair he was! You truly don’t see that much anymore these days! Pleasantly surprised doesn’t even describe how thankful I was and how STEVE, treated me so kindly! He’s the best! I highly recommend this Launderland above any others in the area! It’s the best around! Thanks again Steve!:)

It's a decent place to go if you need to. 3 different size washing machines, the large one being 65 lbs for washing big items.

We are so grateful to find this laundromat, which is the best in the entire area. Our washer broke right before a remodel, so we decided to use Laguna Hills Launderland until our repiping and repainting was done. Steve and Hong take pride in the cleanliness of the shop, and Rosario keeps wiping down all the machines, inside and out.
We found the best times to come are Tuesdays and Thursdays and it is better to let the morning rush subside. There are many different sizes of machines and even 2 sizes of dryers. They have good parking in the back and lots of wire baskets on wheels so doing even huge loads like ours were done in 2 hours or less, even with bulky comforters and blankets.
We found out that even dry cleaners cannot clean the bulky comforters, so we saved a lot by doing it ourselves.

I was about to drove away from the laundry shop because I was done with my laundry, the guy who claimed to be the owner flagged me over and started asking personal questions such as what I like in my life. If he had kept asking me questions like that, I would have sought assistance from the police. I will never come back to this laundry shop again. I am living 4 miles away from this laundry shop and since then, I have not come back to this laundry shop whose manager was so rude. How easily you lose your customers! Please guys, don’t let the owner bully you, just call police immediately. Don’t let you be victims of this rude owner’s bully. Just call police immediately.

Clean, mellow crowd, washed two blankets in large washer $7.25. About 1.00-1.50 to dry each blanket. They have vending machines with soaps etc. Plenty of shops and food places around if your hungry or want to kill time. 7 11 about five shops away. Back area parking if you don't want to be bothered and chill.
