Laguna Niguel Flowers & Gifts, San Juan Capistrano CA

We ordered three flower arrangements for a funeral service and paid over 500. When received the flowers at the funeral, they were nothing like what we saw on the pictures. They didn't use as much flowers, it was much smaller and full of holes. Save yourself some headache and don't deal with this shop.

Very nice, kind at first meeting, sympathetic for my loss. Left there saying to myself, I will always use this florist and will recommend. However…the one thing that was important to me was not done as I asked. I wanted 3 single colored flowers to represent 3 grandchildren in an all white heart. Other things…. Ribbons were not put on one of the funeral flower arrangements and the casket blanket did not have the right wording (banner ribbon). I did go in to the store not asking or expecting a refund. I just wanted them to know how disappointed and dissatisfied I was and to listen to what people are asking for. All I wanted was an “ I’m so sorry”. Instead I got the opposite. That’s not what you said, the ribbon was on there and the funeral home messed up. Again…. I just wanted a “ I’m sorry”. Sorry to write a bad review because the owner seemed genuine.

Great prices and even better arrangements, not to mention a really knowledgeable and helpful staff! Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I picked up an arrangement for Mother’s Day and for the price I paid it was more beautiful than expected and timely delivery. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to send any gifts or flowers to someone.

You keep bringing up the fact that i can BRING the most horrendous flowers back to your store, but what you don't realize is that they are probably decaying at the grave site alongside of my grandma.so thank you for ruining my life!

I have used this place multiple times to send my mom flowers. They have always been awesome and my mom has always loved the flowers for Mother's Day and her birthday! They are truly the best to work with and have the best arrangements of flowers! Highly recommend!

Through the new social distancing protocols, I am not able to celebrate family and friends like I normally would. This is now the fourth occasion that Laguna Niguel Flowers & Gifts put together a stunning flower arrangement that was beyond my expectations!

I also decided today to place a bi-weekly bouquet delivery for myself. I think it will really help having something beautiful in the house as I work from home every day, thinking what I am saving in gas I can now treat myself with flowers

The owner would not do what he should have to make it right! Poor customer service! Very unfortunate since it was on a special day! I was delivered a dead/wilted arrangement on Mother's Day. Will never order from this location and will share with my family and friends to never do so as well.

I ordered some flowers for my sister's graduation celebration. I'm out of state and they could not have made the process easier. Delivered a wonderful arrangement as promised. It was a great surprise for her. Would highly reccomend their services.

I was visiting friends and family from out of town and needed a great centre piece for our holiday dinner party. (no one trust my cooking) I was highly recommended to try out Laguna Niguel flowers and gifts.when I arrived I was greeted by Fred the Florist! He was so welcoming and patient as i was not sure what kind of centre piece would be appropriate.the selection of gorgeous flowers was amazing! Since i was unsure what to do i leaned on Fred. He advised to stick to a more minimal arrangement with a low profile that would not obstruct any views across the table but grand enough to impress. Fred shared some of his ideas and I was on board.an almost all white arrangement with a whisper of gold.it was perfect! At the dinner everyone was impressed and I could with confidence recommend Laguna Niguel flowers and gifts. I come to town often and will be back for sure!

Got a delivery for Easter. The flowers were almost dead and browning. There was a stem but no flower in the vase. I called and they were rude and hung up on me. My mom used teleflora and they refunded her. Don’t use them.
