I called in the morning to set up an appointment to purchase a car. Daniel confirmed the car and the time. He even texted me twice to confirm since I was driving 80 miles away for this specific pre-owned car. When I arrived, I was told the car was currently being purchased. The thoughtlessness of not calling me to inform the car wasn’t available anymore in inexcusable. This dealership is the epitome of a sleazy car salesman stereotype.

Had some crazy warning lights going off in my car. Stopped by Honda Lake Elsinore without an appointment. Franco got me checked in right away and made sure they had a shuttle to take me home so they would have time to work on it.

Easy to make an appointment. Even got a 10% discount and free car wash. Dealership is exceptionally clean and efficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Literally, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Tyler LaRue did a great job helping care of my van. They even had snacks and coffee for people while you wait on your vehicle.

Initially Tyler had given me solid customer service. There was a lot more wrong with my car than what the techs here alluded to. Not sure if they just didn’t want to work on a 2007 Accord (maybe it wasn’t lucrative enough for them?) but I voiced my concerns once the work had been done and heard nothing. Had a belt snap a week later. There were dash pieces not put back together. Random screws laying around. Now my sunroof won’t work.
Most work on this car has been done at a dealership. Will NEVER take it back here. Have been ghosted and was given a broken car back. Wish I could give zero stars as once they had their money they couldn’t care less about what they broke. If you’ve made it this far, please find an independent shop.
