Lake Isabella True Value reviews
14Nice and convenient in town stop for home repairs. I like the repair area for the equipment maintenance and service. The staff is always helpful and very friendly.
It's hard to find someone to ask questions or to help. A lot of times I've been there no one ask if I need help or I can't find anyone in the area I'm at having to go through the store looking for someone. Then end up waiting to ask cashier if they can get someone to help me. It's not always or everytime.
Not to fond of true value but that's a personal issue. Big selection of hardware etc. But if you need lumber or drywall it's about 15 miles away to the next town where their yard is.
By far the best hardware store I think I've ever been in. You name it they've got it! Friendly and knowledgeable crew. Kern River Valley you are very lucky to have this store.
I go there when I have to and they have a very good selection of products people in the Kern River Valley need to maintain and repair their places. Their prices are higher than HD or Lowe's. Last time I went there the cashier hassled me for a donation for fireworks. When I gave her my reasons why not she tried to shame me about patriotism. I have deployed 4 times overseas in the service of my country. I don't need to hear that kind of criticism from a store clerk.
They have a large hardware store with everything you need. They have a really neat gift section with various candles, garden decorations and many other really cute things.
I understand the store is in the middle of nowhere and prices might be a little higher but a majority of the camping stuff was almost double the MSRP.
Lots of stock, helpful and friendly staff. The nursery is full of lovely flowers and plants ready for spring planting.
It's a nice store. But expensive and not great customer service. But I try to buy local. Or it's Bakersfield.ugh
This hardware store is huge. I was able to get a key made here and was able to find the tool set I need. They have paint and gardening departments too.
The fellow pricing plants this morning could at least have been a little nice. He acted like I wasnt even there when I was right next to him. I needed help buying plants, but walked out instead. Customer service goes a long way. If you cant be polite, then I guess True Value doesnt need my money.
Unfortunately, I'm a former locksmith trying to speak with an entrenched opinionated active locksmith. T-V has asserted they are not locksmiths.thank you
I was looking for something for my camper and staff went above and beyond to help look for it.
Wide selection of gardening needs such as stepping stones, decor, various outdoor tools, as well as some small indoor/ourdoor house plants & seasonal flower-vegetable seeds!
