This is really neat place to bring your kids, hiking trails, look out tower with binoculars you can turn on for 25¢, museum, picnic tables, etc.

Come check out The Crows Nest, and the museum has lots of neat exhibits with life like Native American mannequins

This is an interesting visitor center. They have some interesting exhibits on local American Indian history, as well as educational films about Oroville Dam and other topics. Once outside, climb the multi-story tower to check out views of Lake Oroville and the surrounding area. Bring your binoculars or quarters to use theirs. If you’re hungry after you’re done, check out Jake’s Burger in Oroville. Lost a star they aren’t open on Friday

This is one of my favorite place to visit in Oroville. The museum is rich with history and the watch tower have breath taking views! Oh and it's free!

This place is very cool. I recommend it often. Lots of history here of the dam and local Native American population. Has a movie theater inside, observation tower outside. Tons of hiking, biking and horse trails connect here. Beautiful place.

The visitor center is nice. Discusses the history of the Dam construction that formed lake Oroville. You have views of the lake side of the dam. Discusses the Native Americans who inhabited the area. There is a very interesting film about the construction of the dam. This is well worth seeing.

Were on a Metropolitan Water District tour for a few days. The area & the visitors center was a stop that was memorable. The vast size was unbelievable!
