4I just moved in 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Olga and Michelle have been wonderful. I couldn't ask for better people managing this property and if your looking for a quiet and clean apartment complex I would so recommend seeing this one also I got the Tahoe model and love it. I lived at this property for almost a year and the new management was very helpful. It is a very quiet place, the apartment is very comfortable and clean. I had no problem at all.

Stay clear of this place. I moved into a dirty apartment that needed serious repair. They cheaply fixed some of the issues and when I moved out, they charged me for several things that were unfair. Including what the LAW describes as normal wear and tear. They got back a cleaner apartment than I moved into yet charged me for cleaning fees, all illegal by CA state law. So the robbed me of my deposit but I was so happy to have moved on I didn't even care at the time and ate the money.
Today I find out they sent me to collections to pay them an additional $50 that they never even tried to get from me themselves Not one phone call not one email. Suddenly a collection agency is calling me, so now Im furious.
The people running this place are crooks! Don't move into their cockroach infested apartments and get yourself scammed!

I would love to give 0 star if i could but unfortunately i cant, worst place to live and Staff is unprofessional and unpredictable and not helpful at all. I moved from this place because I bought a house. They will charge you random fees once you leave, they want you to do professional carpet cleaning, fix and walls. The office manager Paula trying to be very helpful unfortunately she is very unprofessional, rude and dont expect any help from her. The best answer she has is call 911 if you hv serious problem.
