Great location. The Lake Tahoe Accommodates property management provided great service. Were there to answer all of our request and questions. Clean and beautiful house. Great for big families, plenty of beds for 16 people. We would be back next.

The lake views from the deck of this unit (Our Happy Place) were just impeccable. The lake and beach just a stones throw away. Absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend and visit again. It was an amazing girls trip! We found our Happy Place!

Nice place with a beautiful view, plenty of room. There were a few issues upon arrival and LTA addressed the issues right away. They went out of their way to make things right. The staff was too-notch! Special thanks to Patricia, Annie, Chris and Nacho. We would definitely use LTA again for booking our next Tahoe vacation.

We had a great time in this property. The full kitchen, cleanness, and the best service with a prompt response made our trip easier and memorable.

The place was clean, nice and well cared. The answer was fast and checking and checkout was very good. Will stay again on my next trip and recommend to everyone.

We had a fantastic time. The view was even better than the web site showed. Every time that we called with small maintenance issues, they were taken care of immediately.

Floors weren’t clean, trash outside, spiders everywhere. We couldn’t use the hot tub because there were so many mosquitoes. Multiple things were falling apart, bathroom sick wasn’t attached to counter, blinds, trash, fridge was all broken, water came out brown after a while, house needs to be updated.

We were skeptical before booking this property. However entire process of getting it done and check in couldn’t be any better. Patricia sent us clear instructions and it was to the dot. However I think the house number was bit out of sight so we struggled for few minutes to find it.

About the property: it was nothing short of what we have expected. It was clean and necessary utensils, miscellaneous cleaning items were provided. The kitchen is well equipped too. The property may show some aging but that gives you a homely feeling too!

Amazing experience staying here. Very smooth checking in and out and everything was perfect!

While Tiffany in the rental office was great, the actual unit was one of the worst places we have ever stayed in! Walking up the stairs to the front door was a terrifying experience with steps and handrails which were shaky and cause for concern for one’s safety. Once we got inside, the unit was obviously stuck in the 80’s with no AC, poor lighting, dirty windows with either bent or no screens, an old refrigerator whose ice maker was non functional and gross. The light over the dirty stove was out and the black glass had obviously not seen a cleaning in ages. The floors were dirty; the sheets and blankets were not sized properly for the respective bed sizes.
In a word, disgusting! I only assigned 1 star so I could actually enter the site to post this.

Amazing experience working with them! Stayed in one of their Tahoe cabins which was well stocked, even had personal toiletries, and they were super personable and responsive. You are not just a number to them like many management companies! Would look for them specifically next time I'm visiting.

The views are great. The house is spacious. There were 9 of us, 7 adults. Never felt crowded. Plenty of bathrooms and the beds comfy. Plenty of freezer and reg fridge space

We rented the house for 4 nights for a wedding in Carnelian Bay- the house was a mess- there was mold in one shower- the other bathroom had a huge leak on the floor that went through the ceiling below it- bugs- cobwebs - they promised a cleaning crew but one Never showed up- as I have a respiratory disease, we left one day and night early as with the mold it wasn’t safe- Esmeralda has not been any help at all- she called me to offer me a “whopping” $150 off the total stay, and I found out she illegally taped our 10 minute phone call- (never asked or alerted me to the taping) which I informed her is against the law in California-the house has new owners, but obviously is Not ready to be rented- so many other issues- it’s a three bedroom house- they only have one key for us to use…

I rented a town house for me and my family from Sunday to Saturday. Upon arrival as the owner of a construction company I immediately recognized that roofing work was underway. There was no heads up from the management company. Monday and tuesday we h7ad thunderstorms and no work was done.no problem. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday there were roofers with nail guns blasting, generators and compressors cranking from 9am to 5pm. Granted we were out most of the day Wednesday and Friday Thursday my year old was not feeling good so we wanted to stay in.imagine our discomfort. I messaged the management company and was told the manager would get back to me.no one ever reached out to address our grievance. As a business owner I know I would address a situation like this and am extremely disappointed in the lack of conflict resolution in this situation.

This place is awesome! You’ll feel you are one with nature. The staff are very accommodating and hospitable as well. We will definitely come back

Great location. Condo a little dated but it was clean and had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen (not food items). Lots of space. We liked that each floor had a bedroom which made it nice for two couples giving privacy. Lighting wasn't great but neither are hotel rooms. The grounds are well kept, very quiet. There is a pool, hot tub and sauna. Only regret are the limited hours. I'm sure that is to keep the noise level down however, except for the swimming pool everything else is inside so could easily be open longer hours. Easy walk to the lake. Management company was communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
