Absolutely worst service. I called in an emergency to get an appointment to see her after 3 months. Office showed zero compassion

Great experience with Lakeside Health & Wellness. I found Dr. Nguyen and staff to be professional, friendly, and thorough. It is easy to make an appointment. The staff even calls to schedule your yearly exams. I've never had a doctor's office do that and I was impressed. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice.

Dr Nguyen is inaccessible and does not care to establish long term medical practice with new patients. You will get multiple visits with just PAs and never see the doctor!
Billing is pretty much messed up here. They use the wrong billing codes and you end up with big bills for a preventive healthcare visit that is covered by your insurance for free. God forbid you visit them in sickness! Simple solution, DON’T

This was the shortest patient-doctor relationship I’ve ever been in!

This place operates with an app that never gets answered. There is never a doctor available. The staff answers questions vaguely. No in-person visits are available, so if you have a cough and need a throat culture, good luck. Also, no same-week appointment is available.

As a couple of pervious post reviewers, if a zero rating could be used, that is what I would have used.
I had this doctor for about 2 years, in that time I saw her, herself once, she was very short and had a not to "bother" her attitude. The other times keep changing, 3 different nurse practioners or PA's. The last visit I had I told the nurse practice I had no faith in the practice and Dr. Nguyen herself, I had a notice that evening on mychart that her practice was no longer going to provide me service, to find another Doctor.
The VERY WORST DOCTOR! Don't waste your time!

My experience couldn't have been better. I felt like I was being cared for by family. The entire staff was great and the team that cared for me is top notch. Add a couple of stars to this rating. You all deserve it.

Dr. Nguyen has been my primary care since 2009. She is very informative, and most importantly she listens to me. I always have a list of questions, and she takes the time to review and answer them with me. I am not rushed, she is very patient, and her staff is courteous and friendly. A couple times in the past I have had to follow up on calls I left voice mails on, but now I go through the online portal and get staff response quickly

I would like to publicly thank the team at Lakeside Health and Wellness for the attentive and professional care. Dr. Joanna Nguyen, Maria Reesink, Erica. Sabrina, Rashel, Elena have been great. We need to thank these outstanding and heroic individuals and more often for taking care of us in the most unusual of times during COVID.

This place makes me feel so comfortable! I got a lip flip done and the pain was very tolerable! They even give you something to distract you from it! Definitely going to be back for more! 10/10!

I am a new patient at Dr. Nguyen’s office. All the staff there is so amazing! I feel so comfortable and genuinely cared about when I am there. I entered and won one of their recent giveaways. I got a free laser hair removal session and was so excited. When I got to the office, the staff was so excited for me and it really made it a special experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for several years. She is amazing. She and her staff listen to you and take excellent care. I would recommend Dr. Nguyen, her staff and her beautiful new office to anyone looking for the highest quality of care.

Dr Nguyen is the most amazing doctor! She really cares about her patients and never makes me feel rushed during my visit! I recommend everyone go establish care at this office! The whole staff amazes me.

I love Dr. Nguyen and her staff. She is committed to getting the correct diagnosis before taking action. She has referred me to the best specialists I have ever encountered. Paperless environment. Clean office. Very professional.

- Very bad organizing. Simple yearly checks and physical is also not organized properly.i had to call them and remind for a req to be sent to lab.

- they will take every opportunity to make you pay for every office visit. Just because they didnt order the tests in a organized way. They made me visit, test and then visit agian (this is for yearly checks which insurance should cover) and requested me to do the copay for all the visits. Which is supposed to be free.

- The receptionist made me wait an hour to give a printout and told me the doctor cant visit me because i denied on the payment of a followup.

- Couldn't even give a proper flu shot without leaving good amount of blood marks on my shirt. (isn't that a simple thing to do?)

No i wont recommend this place.
