Worst pizza I've ever had, everything about it was wrong. I ordered a chicken garlic pizza. It was under cooked, no garlic and who ever made it put pineapple on top. I didn't ask for pineapple. I recommend going elsewhere.

I wanted tomatoes on my pizza they somehow heard me say no tomatoes. Found that out later. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, it was good pizza and friendly staff.

Very poor service very dirty. Called to ask my order read back because it was wrong. Just wanted to make sure I wasnt wrong and they hung up on me. I went back and they made me a half cooked pizza. Made my nephew sick.

If they answer the phone stating they are not taking pick-up orders at 8: 39pm when the store hours state that they close at 9pm, they should at least change their ADVERTISED closing time to when they begin to refuse service. Ridiculous.

I have been a customer for years and this rude female employee just cost my business tonight. Unless she is fired I will never order another pizza from them again. And I will tell everybody that this place is no good. Who ever she is just made a huge mistake. You don’t take a pizza order and lock your door 5 minutes after 9: 00. This company doesn’t need customers anymore. Not hard working good paying customers like me. The person who was picking up the pizza was at grocery store for me and got there as soon as he could. So my two large pizzas went in to her fat face. I hope she gets fired if not I will never give them my business again. And I know a lot of people.

Every time we order pizza, we get exactly what we wanted with premium ingredients. Phenomenal Pizza and wings!

Pizza was doughy - not as good as it usually is. The pastrami & swiss sandwich was excellent, though
Delivery was very good - fast and the delivery man was awesome.

Great pizza! Love the slightly crunchy crust, lots of cheese, and variety. The restaurant, however, is in serious need of a face-lift! Will order again, but to go.

If you are looking for the typical conveyer belt oven style pizza you get at places like mountain Mike's, round table, etc. This is my favorite in the Grass Valley area.

Extremely generous with the toppings. Like, LOADED generous. Enough to make an entire second pizza generous.

The prices are pretty low compared to other similar style pizza joints.

The location and restraunt itself are not great, so more of a takeout business. I honestly have never seen anyone dining in there.

All in all, you more than get your money's worth, and my go-to if I'm not looking for artisan style pizza.

Extremely rude service staff, and I would not recommend this establishment if you like being treated with respect. One individual who's name I didn't get was yelling at an older lady who just asked him if he could move his car. Absolutely childish behavior and I will be telling everyone to stay clear of this restaurant until I see that individual gone. The food is good, but this was unexeptable behavior.

Excellent Pizza! No shortage of the toppings that you order. Great food at a decent price.

Terrible scammers here! DO NOT GO.placed an order with them over the phone with a 30% DISCOUNT AND STILL PAID FULL PRICE SOMEHOW. These people are absolute scammers, their online menu states prices and even say a 50% discount and they say it doesn't exist anymore and only give you a 30% discount.

Even after calling last week to attempt for a delivery, they still offered the 30% discount. Clearly there is something going on and they are just blatantly stealing peoples money.

I don't understand how you can pay $40 for a large takeout 1 topping pizza with 30% discount.

This is the ONLY decent pizza in town. Everything else is pretty much posing as pizza with the worst disguise

Went in to check it out despite less than stellar reviews. I thought I might try a sandwich. I asked for a menu and was told that they ran out. Not knowing what was a available or the prices I had no choice but to leave. Here's a suggestion - invest in a menu board like EVERY other walk up counter restaurant. Too many good choices to try again.

I asked the waiter about something on the menu, and he did not give an accurate answer. I was looking for a salad as a complete meal. I asked him about the Caprese Salad and asked if it was a big salad. He told me the ingredients, which I already knew from reading the menu. I asked again if it was a meal and he said yes. When I got my plate, I realized it was just an appetizer. What a disappointment, especially after making clear what I was looking for. The rest of the people in my group ordered pizza and seemed to like it.

Good pizza, poor customer service.

Great pizza, salads are da bomb, sandwiches always a winner. Delivery is Awesome! Driver's are courteous and friendly! Hot food every time! Best of all their customer service has definitely improved! THANK YOU for all your hard work!
