Lamps Plus, Fresno CA

Shopping at the Fresno store on Saturday morning, Marcos was very helpful. Provided just the right amount of service and also let me browse on my own. He moved a couple of lamps onto an end table so I could see how they worked together. He looked up delivery dates and provided me with all the information I need to make an informed decision.

I visited this weekend and me and my family were extremely indecisive and store associate Marcos made our visit pleasant and a friendly encounter.

The staff is helpful and there are frequent sales and promotions.

The lamps & lighting can be very good, but some of the furniture is very, very cheap.

We've made a couple good buys here and I'm comfortable with the selection and pricing, but use a burner email if you sign up for their loyalty program.they email EVERY day.

Lee provided excellent customer service. Within a minute of me stepping foot in the store, she approached me and asked if I needed help. As a woman of color who is often overlooked, I felt appreciated as a customer. She stayed with me for over an hour while I decided on outdoor sconces and suggested complimentary pendants lights. She was pleasant, courteous and attentive. I look forward to her assistance when I return to purchase ceiling fans.

I went to Lamps Plus on Shaw Ave in Fresno. We were greeted by Lee whom was professional, kind and a great listener. She understood what I needed and assisted in finding the lighting for our remodel.
