Lamps Plus, Inc Headquarters, Chatsworth CA

Lamps Plus is an excellent company. I bought a fan (plus a bunch of stuff) in 2016. Last week I noticed a crack in one of the fans. They are sending a check so I can replace the (discontinued) fan.
They are definitely standing by their products and FOR their customers.

I purchased a beautiful chandelier from Lamps Plus 5 years ago! This passed weekend we were cleaning it an broke one of the shades. We were pretty upset - we love this fixture and really didn't want to have to replace it. We contacted Lamp Plus over this long weekend. We got immediate responses from the customer service and all the information we needed to call today and place an order for a replacement shade and bulbs. Awesome service, obviously a super-reliable business that is there to help with any issues even YEARS after the purchase! So grateful!

Love all 3 of my past purchases, very informative telephone receptionist and the lamps are stunning. The sales are wonderful! AND they were opened on a holiday weekend!

I can’t wait to tell everyone about shopping at Lamps Plus. I’ve been a very satisfied customer for almost 7 years. Lamps Plus is my “go to” for renovations or just an update and they also sell fabulous mirrors and fans. Their quality, variety and customer service is always the best.

I ordered hand crafted glass lights and received plastic globes. What a joke. Then they wanted pictures for the return of the lights. No picture will show the difference between glass and plastic. It is fell, sound, and weight. This company is a joke.

From the ordering process to the still getting the sale pricing after purchase, Lamps Plus has an amazing selection, but more important is their customer service is truly top notch.

Had a great shopping experience with Lamps Plus! I previously have only purchased lighting from them but am so happy that they offer so much more. I now have my own sales agent and her dedicated phone number. Being able to talk to the same person when I need to call puts them ahead of their competition in my book.

Dealing with lamps plus poor service again. I am an interior designer in the bay area for almost 40 years. From purchase, to again no email product is being sent, and if so left in front of a closed garage door for all to see. I will NEVER order from lamps plus again and going forward will share my experiences with colleagues and friends and family.

Enjoyed the experience, and the website was intuitive. Chat function worked well and the specialist was able to help me with design ideas, as well as procure specific technical data to assist my decision making. Wish I’d found them sooner. I’ll probably never buy lowes or Home Depot lighting except for my rental property ever again. Very satisfied. Can’t wait to get he can moubted 20odd feet above my living room. It’s gonna be a project for sure but I hate the light I have and cannot wait to have the new one installed.

Got a hold of Lamps Plus, got a quick reply of why there is a cost to shipping on open box items.will buy fromthem again, and I recomment them.

Worst online order ever. Delivery date not met; new date was changed by Fedex. Salesman said I had to deal with Fedex. I ended up changing my schedule. Salesman said it did not need assembly. It did, and it was a two person job. No packing material in carton which was trashed but chair miraculously OK except for a front leg which was gouged and splintered. Salesman said I had to deal with customer service. Why? Wrong leg sent. Spent more time with customer service. Second leg sent-still the wrong one. Called customer service a third time, left my number as they were, as usual, unusually busy. Have not received a callback after three days. Over 8 hours dealing with customer service and I give up. The chair is OK, a little heavier by 20 pounds than advertised, and a tad deeper than I would have liked. If I had tested it, I would never have bought it. Bottom line: I will never order from Lamps Plus again. Finally, they keep pestering me to write a review. Well, here it is.

I thought I had an old or odd lightbulb. I couldn’t read the writing on the bulb. The sales associate in under two minutes of me describing it, found it! He also helped me to purchase it effortless! Ask for Sal if you need any help!
