The only thing good about AV Chevrolet is the service department that is why I bought my new truck in riverside all of those dealers in the Lancaster automall are untrustworthy

I felt like I got duked with the contest the Chevy dealer was promoting, the game piece said I won 2500 when I got there instead I only won 3 dollar Gold piece's that weren't even gold

Got a decent deal, limited options of course due to shortage of inventory but the workers are very helpful.fun fact- thoroughly inspect your car before purchasing, didn't see minor damage on vehicle till after purchase.

I come here from Ridgecrest to get my car serviced, and it's worth the trip. The staff is very helpful and my car is done in a timely manner!

I went to the shop for a brand new car. I found 2022 Accent is just wonderful car. When I was getting ready to get my financial asking some questions. The financial manager will not let me to have a car because I do not have enough income to meet requirements from the state of California and that thing I never heard of that. So I feel that I'm begin discriminated for my financial situation or I'd be hearing impaired person not getting the car. I walked out and never got nothing so I feel sad. I' hope that the other customer will find out. Beware!

Crazy to see dealerships with such LITTLE INVENTORY. I still find myself shopping elsewhere for better pricing and service.

My experience here was amazing when my wife bought her car that I had to come back and buy a car for myself! I highly recommend buying a sandwich in the deli style kiosk. 5 star service for sure!

We went t Lancaster Honda and could not believe how few cars are available at ANY dealers. We lucked out and with DANIELS help drove home in a new CRV. If you go there you should ask for DANIEL. He's a great guy and very knowledgeable. He won't steer you wrong!

It would be nice if a service center was added in Palmdale, Ca. It's at least a 3 week wait for an appt. Please stop recommending work that's not need according to the book inside the glove compartment. Ladies read your manual before letting them service you. That's how they get you for extra money. Do your homework, the deals hip does not make the car. They want money.

Never been to a Toyota dealership before and the staff made me feel welcome and were very informative. They were very kind and the facility was very clean. I was very impressed and will be a customer for a very long time.

Never go to the Chrysler dealer in Lancaster, go out of town. The one in Lancaster has crooks working there. I took my car in for a recall, and now there telling us $2600 to fix a radio that wasn't initially broke. This place is horrible.
