Wonderful staff. The facility and equipment is very clean. They are also very precise with timing. I've been here 3 times now, and definitely enjoy their friendly faces, and empathetic, nurturing nature. I've purposely changed referrals to go back to Lancaster Imaging! Highly recommend it!

Staff members make the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. Clean and quiet environment. The X-ray technician helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. She knew exactly what my concerns were and briefly explained what was going to take place. She even gave me a blanket just in case I got cold. Great place overall!

The technician was great about going over what I should expect and put my comfort level first. I’m also scared on needles and she did her best to keep me calm. It was a good experience overall.

I had a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was taken back quickly for my X-ray. The tech was also very friendly and I was on my way in less than 30 mins. I will be returning for a mammogram soon. Great facility.

Young Lady in the front was very helpful nice and we'll mannered also the X-ray girl was very patient with me after 5 times of trying to get a chest x-ray my body was being difficult like she said I was her trouble maker of the day. Thank you.

I was a little nervous when I got there. Not knowing what the ct scan was going to be like.but when I met the gal that did the scan she made me feel much better. She is a very caring sweet lady. She explained everything to me and put me at ease.

Quick and easy, the X-ray tech lady made me feel super comfortable.which definitely helps ease the anxiety of this ginormous machine - lol thank you for all your help! Check in process was nice and easy too!

I’m am terribly claustrophobic and was unable to do the scan. The tech was so kind and patient. She told me not to worry we would rescans the doctor could give me meds. I showed up today and with meds I was able to complete the MRI. They were all so nice. The office staff is positive and make you feel positive when your in the office!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Patient appointment times are well honored. Very little waiting. Altogether, a very positive experience.

Lancaster imagining is the ONLY place I go for all my imaging needs. They are ALWAYS friendly, never do I have to wait more then 15 minutes past my appointment time. My Dr. ALWAYS gets my reports right away.
