Only reluctantly leaving a negative review. My service dept contact was earnest and seemed helpful. In the end, however, not quite as good an experience as I had hoped. A big thing was having been without the vehicle for a week while a basic diagnostic was run and two recalls were handled. When the car was returned to me not all the work was done. Case in point, the rear passenger door panel was lying in the child seat unassembled. Took me some time to out back together and and I was left with a couple of extra parts. I guess we’ll see later where they go. Wanted a profile on the Land Rover app also but no one available to handle that. “Come back, ” they say. Worst was the invoice being $1,000 more than the quote. No warning. Just an extra $1,000 despite the work being charged for listed as “no charge” on the quote. So in total, not happy to finish the work myself, have to come back again still, and pay an extra grande despite being quoted no charge.

Honestly, a joke of a dealership. Been a Land Rover client for years and they managed to end that. Walked in with a 165k cashier’s check to buy a new Range Rover, after negotiating, and the two managers there didn’t want to sell the car. So they came up with whatever excuse they could to keep the car. 16k over sticker. Still not happy. If they treat a cash buying client like that, I can only imagine what they do to the rest of the clients.

Y and K, you cost your dealership business and I hope you get the training you need, because you’re also costing Land Rover business.

There are plenty of better Land Rover dealerships in LA. Go to the other ones and you’ll be much happier, guaranteed.

If I could negative stars I would! I have owned many versions of Land Rovers for over 20 years (from NYC to CA) - 2 purchased at the LA dealership on La Brea. BUYER BEWARE! I always get ripped off beyond comprehension. I spend so much money and I find out after the sale all of the terrible things they did to me. I bought a brand new 2023 Range Rover Velar this past January. I traded in a used 2018 RR Sport that I had also purchased from them a year earlier with a trade in of a 2016 RR Sport. During the purchase of that 2018 car, Sam, the finance person ran my credit 3x with different banks (3 hard hits) unknown to me, now those hits are still on my credit report 2 years later, this made no sense since I am a Chase Private client and already had my loan through Chase with my previous car. If that wasn't harm enough, when I bought the 2023 Velar, as usual, they water boarded me into buying every warranty and promised me I would get my old warranty money back, pro-rated in my case, since I only had the traded in 2018 car for one year and had bought all the warranties on that car too, (this is thousands of dollars). Eight months later (Aug 2023) and NO MONEY RETURNED TO ME for pro-rated old warranty. I am now going to small claims court, since they basically stole my money and did not respond to a certified USPS lawyer letter I paid a lawyer to send to them. One person at Land Rover simply told me "I had fallen through the cracks and there was nothing they could do" - WTH? When I traded in my 2018 the sales person, Ahmed, told me one price as a trade in amount but when I left the finance office and looked at the paperwork at home, because I was there for over 6 hours and they were closing, they gave me $2000 less than promised for the trade in. I have called and emailed so many people, they all pass the buck. If you are going to buy a Range Rover of any kind please go to another location. The one on LaBrea is totally sketchy and unsavory, they will rob you blind at every turn and kill your credit. As mentioned I have dealt with them on 3 different car transactions and all three had big issues plus I am still trying to fix the credit problem through all the credit agencies, (without those hits my score would be near perfect). Nothing good to say about this place - STAY AWAY! I love the brand but I will never buy from that location again. I would love to know if anyone else had similar issues since I am going to court over this terrible treatment and the stealing of my hard earned money. Please post here! The dealership should not be allowed to treat consumers this way!

Every three years I usually get my Range Rover from these guys. This year when I went to get it after having my new range rover for two months I noticed that they had overcharge me by $8400. When I told him about it they apologized and said they would immediately refund the difference and I’ve been going back-and-forth with them for three weeks now and they’re sending me fake receipts that they’ve returned it to my credit card and my credit card company has said that they have received nothing. I’ve spent more time on getting this little bit of money back then the time I would’ve spent making enough to get a new range rover. These guys have turned into thieves since they have new ownership don’t buy from them go to Galpin or the Woodland Hills one or anywhere else just don’t go to these guys the criminals in suits

Don’t buy any car from this dealership
After I closed deal and paid 61000$ in full

He’s not sending the title
I kept calling them for the past 2 weeks and emailed the sales manager he’s not returning my calls or replying to my emails
I signed all the paper work he asked for and I picked up the car and waiting for the title so I can register the car in VA STATE

very bad services from the sales person to the sales manger to the user car manger

Just like luke moreno review, they took a 10k deposit and then did a bait and switch with the car.when i did not buy it, they keep saying the deposit is being processed for over 1 month.how can such a big company be involved in this criminal enterprise.buy from the galpin or the woodland hills range rover.these guys are thieves.

I don't always write reviews, but had to review this experience at Land Rover LA. Ahmed Younes was amazing! He helped us with our Defender, very professional. He understood our needs and made our experience smooth and enjoyable. He even got us our car from a different dealer with the best prices. I would highly recommend!

I tried to do an appraisal on my 2023 Mercedes Benz as well as get a pre-approval for a Range Rover with this dealership, online. I was contacted by Lina and I specifically stated that I wanted to know what the pre-approval numbers were looking like before coming in, so it wasn’t a wasted trip. I provided all the information she requested and waited hours for a response, but she kept saying the finance office was busy with in person clients. Well, I decided to come in person after hours of waiting, and Lina was busy with another client, so she had a male colleague assist me. The man she had assist me was very condescending and plain rude! He talked down on the semi brand new Mercedes I brought to trade in, then he became quite dismissive when I hesitated to put down a large down payment on the Range Rover I wanted. I would like Range Rover management to know that I can comfortably afford a $10,000 down payment, but his dismissive tone and his condescending approach is NOT how you earn someone’s business. I’ve owned a Range Rover before, so I’m not new to this. I’m not sure if that was a sales tactic, but that was an epic fail!

Went in to buy a car that was advertised, and really liked my sales experience at first. I didn’t want to make my decision right at that moment but was told I needed to put down a completely refundable deposit of 5000- or the car would be sent to auction the next day. I did some research that night and found out I wasn’t getting any great deal so that evening I left word on the sales managers cell phone that I will not be purchasing the car. The next morning told the sales person same thing and I would like my credit card deposit refunded. It is now almost 10 days and 8 phone calls and messages still have not received my deposit back but the keep transferring me from one voice mail to the next. To top it all off the car wax sent to their other dealership in Newport beach where it was listed for less than what my offer was but out of principle I purchased somewhere else
I did finally get my deposit back my sales person Lina was professional and apologetic

Miserable bunch of people who get annoyed with you because THEIR OWN PEOPLE DONT PICK UP THE PHONE.

This is not the type of service you expect to get from a high end, luxury brand of vehicles when you paid $100k+ on a vehicle.

Being bounced around from operator to operator and the very obviously annoyed tone in their voice that you didn't simply give up on trying to get through to the department you need to speak to.

Hire new staff or close your doors. Trying to get hold of a department for 30min is unacceptable. Being bounced around on 5 separate calls. Come on guys, do better.

I recommend steering clear of this branch, I'd rather make the hour drive to Puente Hills than deal with these people, if it weren't for a flat tire I wouldn't bother.

It's a reminder why I switched to Mercedes from Range Rover 5 years ago after dealing with these folks. Starting to regret my switch back after dealing with them again.

To anyone reading this. Do not bother with this location. Terrible, unprofessional, rude. Go to Puente Hills instead even if it's an hour drive with no traffic.

Shame on this place. The GM should be replaced immediately. Do not recommend. Going to contact BBB as well as all other regulatory agencies and go after them. They are horrible.

I placed an order for a car in April 2022 and paid a deposit of 5,000. However, in November, they informed me that there were no cars available and asked me to cancel my order, promising that my deposit would be refunded via check. But as of April 2023, I still haven't received the check. I tried contacting them again, but there's still no resolution.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY! I ordered a vehicle with Ahmed in July. Paid a 5K deposit. In December, they tried to pass off a different vehicle as the one I ordered. I requested a refund. It's been three months, and I am still waiting to receive my money. The sales manager will not take my calls.
