The personal service this store gives you is just wonderful. Such a refreshing experience and when you aren't sure what you need the ideas presented are so helpful. This is what going shopping used to be like when I was growing up, true customer service. A delightful event! Thank you for keeping that experience alive!

Very helpful employees, great selection of clothing in all sizes, easy access and parking, (not in a mall). If they don't have your exact size.they'll order it online and ship it to you for free! Assigned dressing rooms. Pictures next time!

Worse shore experience I had with my wife. The workers made my wife feel awful for getting a swim suit in store instead of online. And this store is for women who need a larger size and they don't have anything in my wife's sizes

I have always been a loyal customer to Lane Bryant. I do not believe I will be any longer. I tried to do a return that was still in a bag.never opened.and was refused because it was a couple of days past 45. I asked the sales lady what I was supposed to do with $200 worth of clothes that don't fit she told me to give them away. I also tried to return a bra because I was sent the wrong size but was refused because I got deodorant on it when I tried it on. Within the past 2 months I have had 2 orders shipped to the store and was never contacted and told they were there.resulting in them being refunded because I didn't pick them up.storenevcontacted

Nice people but I found myself very irritated since the dressing rooms where closed. It was a straight guessing game since I didn't know my size.

This is not the Lane Bryant I normally shop at, but is a fine store nonetheless. It's clean, well-stocked, and well laid out. The staff is very friendly and helpful without being "pushy. " Oh, and I bought too much 'cause they had a great sale on. ;-)

I desperately needed bras so I went in. It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Only one dressing room available, so the wait is long to try something on! Once you get in there you're limited to three items at a time. An employee is standing outside your door monitoring you, it was very uncomfortable!
She may as well been in the dressing room with me.
I had to keep getting dressed to come out to grab three more items while she walked in to take what I didn't want. If you plan on trying anything on plan ahead & block off a good chunk of your day!
I can appreciate they're trying to implement changes because of the pandemic but the system they have in place is not good!
I won't be back till they implement a better system.

The customer service was horrible. The older lady with hair pulled into a ponytail and glasses was rude to me on two occasions. I wanted to walk out. I have never felt so unimportant in any shopping experience. I will never go back.
