Jus want to thank Darren and all the folks here from management to financing dept they made it such a breeze to purchase one bad machine thanks again everyone at Langston motorsports I definitely will be coming back for my next purchase

I was trying to buy a razor pro R from the salesman John Johnson. The deal was supposedly done. The terms were agreed upon…credit was run. I get a text telling me they sold the car to somebody else. Their word means nothing at all. I tried to call the manager.he wont return my call.go figure. Never do business with this place!

Been shopping here for years. Never was happy about the fact that the batteries that they keep on the shelf must be charged after purchase. I ALREADY HAVE A WEAK BATTERY!
This particular time I ordered several parts.
They called me to tell me that my parts had arrived.
I travelled there to get the parts.
All of the parts were not there.
They agreed to ship me the parts.
More weeks go by.
They sent the parts to an old address.
Now I must purchase the parts again.
Somewhere else.

Traveled to purchase a rzr170 at a cash out the door price agreed upon with their sales rep. Arrived with my trailer and was told the unit was sold while I was driving out. They said they had another unit delivering the following week but would not honor the price and wanted nearly double msrp for the new unit. They should have been apologetic for wasting my time but instead doubled down. As other reviews state, there is no integrity here or apparent desire to build ongoing relationships with clients. It’s all about this immediate sale.

I am a huge fan of Langston Motorsports. From Motorcycle Sale, Parts and Accessories. Specifically Bree and Devyn through the years have always been the absolute best in customer service, always knowledgeable about products in store or special orders. Shipping to the store has always been fast and always received a call when in stock. On a scale of 1- 10. I give them 15. Ask for either in Accessories, you will not go wrong.

Came in and spoke to tony, he helped me work a killer deal buying 2 new bikes. He was super helpful and really work with us to get the deal done! 100% made a new loyal customer!

Purchased a bike from Ronny today and the experience was phenomenal. Super friendly relatable guy with great customer service along with great tips & advice. My son is stocked! Thanks Ronny.

The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is because it did take a while to get my motorcycle fixed due to back ordered parts.
However all staff was super helpful, Kept open communication with me and responded to my emails in a timely manner.
They did a good job on my motorcycle.

I bought a stacyc 20 ebike for my grandson, I must say the service was outstanding! In sales Devyn helped me all the way through, she is awesome talk about keeping me up to date on when they came in she was on top of it all! I enjoyed her helping me so much, she is a pleasure! Thank you Devyn, you made me buying my grandsons gift a breeze!

Had a few things done to my bike and I enjoyed the service. They fixed what I brought the bike in for and check it out to make sure it was safe to ride. Worth the few extra dollars

This is a business with no integrity. Special ordered parts and paid in full. I go to pick up they want to charge me more. Will never go to this place again. Your reply to this review just shows your lack of integrity. When a prices is given and it’s paid for it should be honored. If your employees made a mistake then it should be on them not the customer. A place of business that cannot keep their word has no integrity.

Went in looking for stuff for my new bike and had an incredibly easy time finding everything.the customer service there is great, everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend over temecula motorsports. Specifically Dominic was super helpful and really easy to talk to and ask questions. Definitely will go back and ask for him again when i have questions.

The employees have been great including Domonic has been a great everytime I visit there, I forgot my wallet one time and he called and was waiting outside with it, very good customer service

Great experience every time I visit Langston Motorsports. Maria in the parts department is the nicest person ever! She is so friendly and always ensures my family is fully taken care of when we stop in. Maria is super knowledgeable and provides helpful advice when it comes to motorcycle questions. So last Thursday I was riding home on my S1000RR and I passed a rider about a mile down the fwy I got a flat on my bike by the time I was stopped the rider I passed was next to me asking if everything was good I told him just got a flat
He told me worked at Langston Motorsports just on the other side of the fwy and asked if I wanted him to send the van to come pick me up to have it fixed
I said sure that would be great about 10 minutes later he comes the Van they help me load up my bike and we take it over and they put a new tire on it and I picked it the next day
I just want to thank Travis and Idan and the Langston crew for rescuing me off the freeway and getting me back on the road
