Had them repair a hole in a pair of pants. Got a very obvious patch that was 3 times thicker than the rest of the pants. Looks ugly, feels scratchy. Sad.

They were incredibly polite and patient with me when doing measurements for a shirt and couple pairs of jeans. Pricing is great to!

I came in on a Tuesday with one item, my dress! I have lost about 20 pounds in the last couple of months and I needed my dress taken in quite a few inches, not to mention I needed it that Friday for a Tea Empowerment Event the following Saturday morning.
They were able to meet my time frame and gave me quality service.

I took some pants to get tailored for a wedding, and I was really satisfied with the results. I took 8 more pairs of pants since then, and they all fit perfectly!

How this place has more than 1 star I will never know. Took a pillow there after my dog attacked it. All I wanted was A simple restuffing, mending of back panel or replace the backside with a similar fabric. They replaced it alright. With a purple and green toile fabric. Mind you my pillow was cream and tan, linen and jute, psedo mid century modern/boho. On top of that, it was only half stuffed and the back fabric was upside down. The cherry on top was the fresh scent of a musky old lady's hamper that accompanied the newly repaired throw pillow.

I called in advance to get a quote on a jacket that I wanted altered. I was told $35 on the phone and came to get the service done. They then said it would be $120 in person. The woman assisting me was getting frustrated easily when I was explaining what I wanted done to the jacket and did not assist or make it easier for me when it came to conveying what I needed done. Really disappointing experience since she was extremely pretentious
