PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! My first time ever writing a review and wow was I shocked! I was only here for a hiring event 9 - 12 pm I arrive at 11: 00am. So, first off no signs advertised from outside so unsure where to go. (Red flag unorganized) I ask the male worker in the parking lot near ridge at latern crest senior living and he’s unsure at first then he says I seen people in here, so as I’m parking he says no you have to go in front so I drive to front bc the walk is too far. Im at front desk she sees me from a distance and says hiring event to her co-worker but looking at me (the male called front desk and notified her) she strangely leans over counter and lowers her voice and says what position are you applying for? I said well a few I’m interested in, she looks over in lobby (I see nothing but seniors sitting in lobby) and says yeah theirs only one person who takes care of the positions and I don’t know how long she will be I said ok where do I go? She says well it’s going to be a while. Wow! Ok so I’ve never went to a hiring event just to get sent back to my car. So I asked her what time was the event from 9am until? Am I late? She quickly says until 12pm I said ok wow that’s strange. She says well I can take your resume and pass it along. I quickly said no thank you I’ll apply on line (you know she will just throw it in the trash lol) seriously if they treat hiring event people like me like this I can only imagine how they treat the lived-in seniors. READ the reviews on JOB SEARCHES they are telling the truth after this wrongfully encounter I experienced. I can say more but I’m sure you get the point.
