I walked in with a shattered iPhone screen covered in packing tape. They were very considerate and had replaced it perfectly (as far as I can tell!) in an hour.

I had an iPhone screen repaired there using a promo coupon I received in the mail, it was by far the lowest cost around. They did it in 2 hours and it was perfect. I had a second phone need the same repair and they were nice enough to ho or the price I had paid previously even though o had not found another promo coupon to use. Received the same prompt quality service. Will use them again when I can!

If you are relatively untechnical and you need help with your laptop, these gentlemen are patient, friendly and do a great job. If you are very technical, you are in the hands of experts.

My iPhone XS Max got a little water damage and I was told by the “big company tech guys” that it would be between 200 and 400 bucks to repair it that it would be better to buy a new one and I was about to give in but wanted a second opinion and there it was Carlsbad laptop repair center I was even thinking about it just saw it and went for it and I’m glad I did, I got there on my way home at 5: 20 explained the issue to the tech mark he told me “ give me 40 minutes” well it wasn’t even 30 min by 5: 45 I was on my way home he just replaced the screen as simple as that and saved me at least 100 bucks, the service was fast, reliable and affordable. I’m super happy with the service he provided, thank you mark

Brian was fantastic, I had an issue with a custom built gaming PC that I am pretty sure I already knew what was wrong… Obviously you’re hesitant to bring it to a shop when you build your own PCs for fear of being sold something you didn’t need.

I was short on time and needed to get to work so I didn’t have time to mess with the PC much, and needed it operational for a call the next day so I took it in…

Brian diagnosed, confirmed my suspicion, replaced the bad component and fresh installed windows for me all in the same day!

His professional attention to detail was exceptional, and Mike was kind enough to hand wash my filters to clean out all the dust.

These guys rock, and they’ve earned a customer from me moving forward!

The computer technicians I spoke with were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My Lenovo Thinkpad had an update pushed that resulted in my trackpad and touchpad ceasing to work. It was an issue that went far beyond reinstalling drivers, or changing settings in Bios. I was grateful that the employees patiently listened to me describe the problem, and took me seriously as I outlined the steps I already took to troubleshoot. I've had bad experiences with IT folks in the past steamrolling me and not really listening to my experience or diagnosis, which could save them time with their own troubleshooting. That was not my experience here. They were professional and skilled, and fixed the problem after an evening of dedicated work. They were able to get my computer fixed and back to me quickly so that I had it ready for a work trip, even though I had dropped it off with them on a Friday afternoon. The price for the repair was very reasonable considering the time they spent on it.

I would highly recommend this business for your computer repair needs.

Honest, direct service. Did not over-promise, but was ready to try to repair and refurbish my daughter’s battered phone…and was successful! He over-delivered, including offering a silicone layer to smooth out the backside divots.
