I did pride pictures with my family very beautiful field and on the other side of the field is a park

The park is so so, nothing special. But if you climb up the stairs on the northeast corner of it, then go down and follow the path, there is a beautiful little cove on the river for the kids to play in and for the adults to relax in.

Football is life!

Really nice large open field park. I always see people playing soccer here and they keep the field in great condition.

The main entrance is at the end of Stansberry Way and you can also access the park with street parking along Linda Rio Dr and Rio Bravo Cir.

Definitely a great place to Kick or throw the ball around depending on what sport you're into. There are Tennis courts and a playground here as well which is easy to access from the main entrance off Stansberry. The park also boarders the American River so you can park and access the river from here but the shore is not my favorite location to access the river from.

This is a very nice community park so lets keep it that way!

Quiet clean with portable potties, doggies stations, movable benches and plenty of shade. Small BBQ area with two picnic tables. Play equipment, tennis courts, and soccer fields make this a favorite

This park is nice it has a big field, Some shade. It's set far in the middle of a neighborhood so it's pretty quiet. It's just not a park made for BBQ-ing and Birthday parties.

This is one of the most disappointing parks in the area if you are wanting to do something other than walk around. The playground is a fraction of the size of most and with no shade structures. There it's extremely limited seating for families who would like to stay nearby while kiddos play. There is no fencing around the play area so you cannot be sure that off leash dogs won't run in (I have witnessed an aggressive dog chase a little kid up onto the play structure). The tennis courts are so badly maintained that they are hazardous. In my opinion this park is a major failure by the park district. I know that as a home owner in the area we have an extra tax that supposedly goes towards parks. I would be curious to know exactly where those funds go.

Family fun in a safe area with plenty to do. There's a decent playground with wood chips on the ground, a clean drinking fountain (with cold water, even in the summer!), and plenty of field space for multiple soccer teams to play while still providing space for a pickup football or ultimate frisbee game! The river is an easy 5 minute walk away, just over the levee.

Park is well maintained. Playground area is clean. Tennis courts could use a little TLC.
There is a lot of grassy areas so multiple events/sports can be happening at once. So much room to play with a dog or fly a kite.

It's flat and big. Well tended. Kids play area. My kids wanted to fly kite. Great access to off the beaten path American River access.

My boys & I love this park, we have full access to the river. There's always an adventure to be had when we go there for the day.

Well kept public park in the area that’s great for family outings. Tennis courts could use some maintenance, but nevertheless one can still have an enjoyable time.

Nice soccer fields, play structure for smaller kids, and a couple tennis courts. You can also view the river from the levee. Parking can be tight during events so plan to park on a neighborhood street.

Lots of open space for dogs and sports. On weekends the soccer players take over and you can't use it. They even sit on the playground and in the tennis courts. Parking is impossible on weekends and walking through is difficult because the sidewalks are blocked.

Nice local park. This park offers lots of open space mainly used for local soccer teams but also has a tennis court, playground, public grill and river access.

This park has access to the river. It has huge fields. There is a parking lot tucked away one one side and there is access to it on the street on the other side. It's not a good place for my kids to ride their bikes because there's only one short cemented trail. It has a tennis court and a picnic area of tables and a grill.

This is a great place to see the American River and walk along the levee. It also has access to the walking and biking trails along the river. Nice park!
