Me feel home.the manager here is great and know customer service.

Room tables, bed, carpets, cabinets and refrigerator were all in very poor condition. I had to unplug the refrigerator because the motor was very loud. There was no soap in the room. The included breakfast wasn't anything to talk about.

My company wasted $181.00 dollars a night for this stay. I've had better stays at much cheaper motels.

No soap in room. Furniture was very beat up. Refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it. Missing carpet on all floors. Carpet in room was in bad shape. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Spent $181.00 dollars a night for a horrible stay.

New management! Kept my deposit for tomato sauce in " irreplaceable item" a bath mat. Providing a broom and sponge in a full kitchenette would be asking too much? Over priced for outdated run down rooms to begin with. Wont be returning until a new management takes over again.

The room key would work after trying for about 5 min. Went to the front desk 3 times to complain and never got it fix. Then they take a deposit for incidentals which I understand what bothers me is after 10 days they still haven't add it back to my card. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

It has a small kitchen in the room with stove and fridge and microwave. But fridge was very old and really noisy. I cannot fall asleep so have to use ear buds. The staff were ok. Easy access to highway

Horrible the lady here was so rude and the charged my card refunded me when I never asked her to don't stay here

We checked in. We saw. We left.
There was blood stains in the bed sheets and the staff refused to give us different ones, claiming they were all out. There was stains in the restroom.
The bath curtain was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink. The refrigerator had a terrible smell. Like rotten fish.
Thèse are just a few of the nasty things we found.
If I wanted this I would’ve booked a motel for much cheaper but thé amount of money we paid for this dump, not worth it. We couldn’t have run out of there much faster.

We rented two rooms for a concert at the Levi stadium. While the exterior and lobby have nice finishes, the rooms are vastly different. Yes, the nightly charge of 130/night reflects the old cabinets (circa 1988) and the out dated furniture/decor but I didnt expect it to be dirty and broken. Each room was on a different floor but they both had similar issues. Sheets and bedding was torn and falling apart, kitchen appliances were dirty, no soap in bathroom for hand washing, missing sections of carpet in hallways, broken thermostats, etc. We were happy to leave after one night.

I am disabled and needed to be easily accessible location. So they put me on the 4th floor mind you only 1 elevator. I went to get groceries to cook and when I got back the elevator was broken there is no way in h.that I could have climbed 4 flights of stairs with groceries. When I went to complain to the front he was rude and said jist use stairs, I told him I have a bad back and could barely walk let alone climb stairs with all these groceries, so I told him he should have found me a room on ground floor. He was busy with another customer and seemed overwhelmed so I just waited for 45 minutes and finally the elevator started working so 1 hour of waiting so in inconvenient. Then I checked out and I asked when I will get my 150 deposit and they said 3 to 7 days depends on bank well my bank said they released my money today and it would be available on the 22nd almost another 7 days now. Also when I reserved the room it showed a jetted tub in the executive suite and there is no jetted tub false advertisement, because no jetted tub. Not happy won't stay there again.

Rooms are rather small and felt kind of cramped. They do come with everything you could need to make dinner. Microwave, stove, fridge. And even an oven.

I was disappointed that it advertised a breakfast and there was no breakfast. Not even a Grab and Go breakfast. I asked to b comped for the difference and was told. No! So disappointed.
And they r remodeling the hotel. I understand construction needs to b done. But don't leave a mess where people can trip on stuff. So unorganized.

Nice but outdated hotel. Excellent kitchen facilities for cooking for long term staying. Nice location for refreshments, shopping and business
