From the first contact with Patrick in the office I felt heard and cared for. He accommodated the request for the soonest appointment. The very next day! My client was assigned to Lou and he continued to represent LaRocca Inspections well.

I have used LaRocca two times, once in 2017 (Steve) and once in 2023 (with Lou), both times I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and report. Both inspectors had 20+ years of experience, gave me a verbal overview of things that they saw during the inspection, and then a detailed written report with photos. For this last one, Lou even followed up with me after the report to make sure that I understood it fully and to see if I wanted to talk about any part of the report. For someone who doesn't know a lot about houses, it made me feel safer as a buyer to have someone like Lou walking me through the inspection. Highly recommend!
