Had a great experience with the service department at Larry Miller. Was in an out in about a hour my service included an oil change and front brakes. Hunter was my service man and he did a great job explaining different things to me about my car. Would highly recommend going there if you need service done on your car.

Terrible experience. 3 hrs there.had made appt to have something checked. 2 hrs later I had to go ask how much longer knowing no work was being done. Trudy was very kind & helpful. Mechanic was polite but was multitasking. All I had done was him taking a screw out of the front tire. That took 45 mins more.this is.why I don’t bring it anymore for oil changes.

I had requested a brake inspection to determine brake wear of disc and drum set since I had never seen the drums since I bought it used 20k miles ago at 60k. Work request was complied with during due oil change and I was able to personally photograph the brakes. I also was advised of maintenance intervals that may need to be done later since the previous owners never did dealership maintenance and had no official documentation of maintenance.

I needed a new engine block and Scott Buckner helped me give my Scion FR-S new life. Very happy with my experience. Repair took less time than I imagined.

The Toyota dealer in Lemon Grove has alway's had a good service dept. It's easy to make an appointment, they are good at sending reminders, and their hours are convenience. Trudi is exceptional she is thorough, honest, and very personable.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The sales team was courteous, upfront, and didn't pressure us at all. Great management team as well that took care of our minor concerns with the van and gave us a great deal. Couldn't be happier with how everything worked out and my wife is loving her new van. I had an absolute pleasure trading in my first car and purchasing a new vehicle here at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Lemon Grove. I have never had any experience with a dealership before, and had an excellent experience with Jordan King. He was very responsive with any and all questions that I had prior to seeing the car in person (I had to wait until a Saturday to drive down because I live in L. A.), and has been very responsive even after I finalized the purchase. I will definitely be recommending him and the rest of the team to anyone I know who is in the market for a different car - really outstanding service!

I went for an oil change as I normally do at this location. But this time it went different. An hour after dropping it off, the service representative called me to his desk and told me that the mechanic found that the oil plug, oil pan, and gasket need to be replaced. He claimed the thread on the oil pan and oil plug had been worn away and was cracked but the only way this occurs is if a mechanic does not properly handle the oil plug when tightening and removing. After telling him this, he disagreed and was quick to show me the price for the repair which was of course more than $500. This is the only place I go for my oil change. It is very disappointing and frustrating to take your car to get serviced and maintained, But instead they mess it up and leave with more problems than what I came with.

They have offered me excellent service time and time again! Trudy is the best ever! I came in for service and left with a new car. Armando was a excellent sales guys and the finance team was more than accommodating!

Pablo was knowledgeable of the services needed for my 4Runner, at its 60 mile service, and was patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I appreciated his bilingual skill set.

I always have a great experience here! Trudy in the Service Dept is awesome! My Camry needed to be checked and she got me in with an appt within 2 hours! I was even given a free Lyft ride home so I didn't have to wait there!

Got financed for a 2018 Toyota Tacoma and was promised a basic alarm system. The alarm system ended up being a sticker. Yes I got played by Manny the GM plus my sales person Jose Luis. At all cost avoid these two. Also had a trade in which they held my check for almost 2 weeks of 31k. Intell I came in and talked to the GM Manny! I will be posting more around the web. I also got a email from Luis rubbing the situation in.

Great service. They do great work! The only minor thing I’d complain about is the scent they put in your car. Must be some kind of scented spray but it’s terrible and lingers for days. They shouldn’t spray anything without asking.

Some people have amazing reviews. If you are lucky, you will too.
I sure did not! When buying a car, it should be a fun experience. They took this away from me.
Although in the end I did get what I wanted but I had to fight for it. I should never have to. I honestly wish I went somewhere else.
All I can recommend is look somewhere else. They are under new ownership so they still are trying to get the right people to do their jobs the right way.

Great customer service. Salesman Luis Gomes did an awesome job getting me the car I wanted with right color and all the features I had selected. He got me a great deal with my Costco Membership. The car was not available at the lot so Luis research around and found a car I wanted located more than 100 miles away from the dealership. He then made arrangements with the other dealer to transfer the car and deliver to their dealer with zero money down. The transaction was smooth and no pressure to any other gizmo other dealer pressures you. I felt respected and well treated. I am very satisfied with this dealer and highly recommended
