16Great experience with this service center. Did not try to oversell a lot of services that were not necessary. I feel sending my girlfriend or mother to this service center.
I made a service appointment a week in advance and they didn't bother to check if they even had the parts needed in stock before I showed up. Completely inconsiderate.
I had the pleasure of working with Juan Lepe at Larry Hopkins Honda and I must say that my experience was outstanding. I couldn't be more impressed with his dedication, expertise, and customer-centric approach. Will be a returning customer. I strongly recommend this dealership!
Jay was amazing he made the process for getting my car very smooth. Hassan the sales manager also was so helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here.
I have to give 5 stars to the service representative, Andres! I stopped in because I was having problems with my tire warning staying on. Without an appointment Andres looked at my car, found the problems with tire pressure and showed me how I can reset the tire warning light myself in the future whenever I get new tires or an alignment. I would have given the service department 5 starsbecause of this service, but I have to factor in the fact that a week before I had called in with this issue. I was told that the representative Jackie would call me back. I never received a call back after an entire week and was driving by so that's why I just stopped in.
You still need appointment to get your vehicle serviced here. Most times appointments are At least a week out. I got a morning appointment with one advisor online. When I arrived at exact time some other advisor checked in with me after 5 minutes. Just looked at the vehicle dashboard and based on service indicators showed me 3 service packages. To my shock least expensive package was 50% more expensive for the same service from last year at the same place. Long story short- car was ready for pick up in less than two hours, but they charged exorbitantly. After i drove car home tire pressure warning popped up. Felt cheated that they didn’t even check/fill tire, when service mentioned multi point inspection and charged me for the same. Next time i am going to a local mechanic for regular services.
Service sucks. Was great from 2019 till mid 2022 but starting 2023 sucks big time. Started this new booking appointment for servicing and when you go for servicing no one bothers to even come and check and take the car for service even after appointment.
I have had my 2019 CR- V serviced at this place many times. They used to be good. But something has changed now. I need to get a B2 service done. I called many times to get an estimated price. The scheduler who answers calls doesn’t know price. He tries to transfer me to some service advisor, but no one ever picks up phone. It always goes to voicemail. They don’t call back. I canceled my appointment after trying to talk an advisor over three days and not getting through to anyone.
Richard scwartz has been my advisor for a long time; i do what he recommends - no complaints

Short of service representatives during weekdays. Even with appointment, there is going to a long wait for you.
Worst ever service center. Giving Honda a bad reputation. Never pick up their calls. Never return calls when voice messages are left for the service department.
Straight forward. A man needs a vehicle and some discounts. Sales Benjamin Solomon was courteous and helpful. Requests on vehicle parts replacement granted hassle free. Better experience than other dealerships! Thank you!

(Jay and juan) specificly helped us a lot in both cases, their good advice, their help, their good offers made us even to get the second car fram honda.
The maneger (hasan) also helped a lot to get the loan for both cars. I recommend every one to visit and enjoy their advice for buying a car.so i give them seven stars
They didn’t send a text message when the car is ready so when I got the car, they are about to close. After the car came back, tire pressure warning popped up and they said they cannot fix it because they closed. If you don’t want to get a car with issue after a car service, don’t come. I’ll give them 0 star if I can.
