We were a big party. But that is no excuse for poor service. 3 servers that were all doing their own thing. Food as salty, others had food that came out cold, no presentation and just bad over all. Definitely people overrating this place

Was just amazing. I was there a few weeks ago! My server was Cristian! Food delicious! Service 100%.

Food was too bland. Too overrated and overpriced for what was served. Never again will I be going to that place.

Visited with coworkers and we had great food and our waitress was amazing. Stacy was her name!

Got food poisoning 3 hours after eating a omelette from this place really bad. Still feeling very sick and throwing up, diarrhea, fever, etc. Be warned; DO NOT EAT HERE. Also the server was extremely rude and got 2/4 orders correct. Waste of $$$$

It was pretty good in terms of food and service. It's got an interesting atmosphere, but The live band is pretty cheesy.

We love coming here when we're in town. Great service this trip from Roman, Herbie (I think that was just name), and the manager too! They were all very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. On top of that, though, they were all fun to talk to.

Had lunch at this restaurant. Ordered a Tostada Supreme. Price $18.95. They asked if I wanted chicken, beef, pork. I said chicken. When I got home and read the bill they charged $3.95 for the chicken. Total $22.90. The tostada was small. I have never paid extra to have meats with a tostada. Total rip off.

Food was good, drinks were spot on, service lacked, we would have drank more but our server never came back. Band was terrific.

COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. BEEN EATING AT THEIR PLACE FOR MANY YEARS, BUT NEVER THIS LOCATION. FOOD WAS AWFUL. FOR ALL 4 OF US. NO FLAVOR. SALSA NO GOOD. WAITER WAS NICE. NEED TO GO THE OTHER LOCATION I GUESS. VERY SURPRISED.

The food was good and the drinks were on point. Good customer service, and they had live music the night I was there.

Possibly the Best Enchiladas Within the region. Rice and Beans where to perfection great service. I been in Houston two years and haven’t found any good Mexican food there yet these are the flavors I miss.

Great atmosphere overall! The building is nice and has history, it’s interesting to look at all the painting and artifacts they have. They were having a band playing, though unfortunately sound was not reaching back area where we were seated.

The food was tasty, but average looking. It’s nice that they give some nachos while you wait for your food.

The restaurant has very nice decor, nice patio seating, outdoor sidewalk seating, as well as indoor seating. The lively atmosphere and cool vibes with a band on stage for evening live music. It can be really busy so if you can, definitely make reservations ahead time. The outdoors views of downtown Palm Springs and beautiful mountains views are absolutely beautiful.

We had tacos which were incredibly good and the burritos were super delicious. Tortilla chips and dip were so fresh we couldn't get enough.

We highly recommend Las Casuelas Terraza in Palm Springs for amazing family dinner or a couple's date night. We will for sure be back for more!
