Las Cazuelas

My folks wanted to have an outside brunch and I decided to take them to Las Cazuelas, patio was atmosphere was great, food was delicious and the servers were very attentive

Is interesting. My best friend and myself of 34 years came here to have a good time and we had an awesome time. The staff was perfect. Anything we needed they catered to. It's a place you can bring your children and your family it to nice family restaurant

The food is ok but not great for the price you would expect much better.
I don't recommend the buffet at all.

I have never posted on Yelp review or a review anywhere, but my experience here was terrible. Food was good for the most part, but nothing special that I would go back for. The place look better in their patio area. The Inside was just a typical taqueria looking spot. We went to their Sunday brunch buffet, and their service was absolutely terrible. First, they weren't ready at 10 am. So we were told to wait. Waiting wasn't the issue because we're human and sometimes were running behind, right? I get that! But it was the way the rude manager was speaking to us when we weren't even giving her any grief about it. She then told us we shouldn't be mad at her, but when we were trying to explain to her that it was the way she was speaking to us, she brushed it off with a "ok ok" your table is ready. Lol, really lady? No customer awareness. 3 other customers had left right away after they were greeted with the same rude attitude as us. Walked in, walked out. Our waitress was just as rude. Non attentive to us at all. We saw her once after she initially took our order, but even then, we were met with attitude while ordering. The young lady that bussing all the tables was the one we had to ask for things. We had to wait forever for our check after we asked for it. But when the "Waitress" (I use that word loosely) brought the check to us, all of a sudden, she tried being super polite. Lol naww girl, Too late! My girlfriend was also yelled at for grabbing one of the spoons, not knowing the buffet was not self served. My mother's drink was wrong, and we waited for a long time for the correct one. You are prolly wondering why we stayed? Well, it was my mom's birthday, and she had been wanting to try this place because it was on damn tic tok lol SMH, and we wanted to make her day a good one.my guess was the manager was being a jerk to her staff in the morning and it trickled to her staff and messed up everyone's attitude, but from reading some of these other reviews, this is not new treatment and it seems the manager or owner whoever she is, well she's probably the root of the problem. P. S. Not all the staff was bad, just a few bad apples.

So first time here and i would say the food is good and tasty i would come back again.me and my wife are both in food industry.so there are little things that they can work on #1 signs with food name would be nice.also teaching the server how to carry trays of plates properly.but food good buffet sundays. $28.99

Not a very good experience, it is expensive for what it offers because the buffet was cold and there is not a great variety, it does not include drinks, only water and they exceed the tips

Everything looks very good but they don't answer the phone for information service that's bad

One of the best burritos I've ever had. (I took the super burrito). Really recommend!

One of my favorite places to eat out in San Jose thanks to their beautiful outdoor patio. The food is always good and they bring you chips and salsa with any meal

The food was okay, and it lacks flavor. When they finally brought out my plate, it was luke warm at best. Parking is limited. I would explore other options.

Wooooow! This place is so awesome starting from the service all the way to the drinks and food wooow! First time and im so coming back! My wife and i where so happy with everything and Jose is such a great server no joke i really recommend this place! I will recommend to friends.

Menudo meat had a bad taste. Menudo shout not taste that way. No way! All the other food was good.

DO NOT ORDER POZOLE IN THAT PLACE.
My experience at this place has been quite disappointing, especially when it comes to their pozole. During a visit with my family, my wife decided to order it, but upon trying it she immediately realized that it was spoiled. I decided to give it a try as well and confirmed your concern. We approached the waitress to tell her about the problem, but her only response was to explain that they were "just cooking a new one". To make matters worse, the owner of the restaurant was present but did not come out to apologize or give any explanation. Instead he sent another waitress (which was the best part of the whole experience) to apologize and collect the bill for what we actually consumed.

It's really unfortunate to have such an unpleasant experience trying pozole in bad conditions in a restaurant that has a 4.2 star rating. I find it sickening to think about the level of care they take with the food they serve there.

Service was good as well as the chips & salsa but the food was bland. 1st time & sadly last time to visit this ideal patio location.

On Monday, May 15, we went to celebrate my mother's birthday. It was the first time we visited this restaurant and really everything was wonderful.
Miss Graciela gave us 2 cups for Mother's Day, even though the day had already passed.
And Miriam attended us with very good service, she was aware of everything.
Thank you very much for everything.

Came here for mothers day and it was super disorganized, people got seated before us and we got there first.food was not that great either.the buffet has no time limit either so we had to wait for 2 hours! Not blaming staffing at all, they only had 2 girls working the buffet and they looked so stressed i felt so bad! This is on management! Do not recommend

Everything in this restaurant is made there. Can tell by the taste of the food immediately. Excellent and friendly customer service. Safe area. Super peaceful. The food was good. I ordered caldo de pollo but there is also cosido, posole and menudo. Green posole on Sunday, will be coming in for a bowl. Thanks.

Wonderful food, nice garden ambience in the SJ Rose Garden neighborhood, and great to marginal service.

My son loves the Chile Colorado and my girlfriend loves the Lengua plate.

The service is sweet but my hit on service comes because I have to bribe the staff $30 to make a Chile Colorado burrito from the plate entre.
