Las Palmas Taco Bar reviews
18Ordered two burritos and they came out fast. Took them home. Everything was tasty, it just wasn’t hot. More like Luke warm, and I didn’t have far to go. Filling wasn’t hot. Tasted good though
This place is off the charts delicious! I was kinda angry after eating.who do they think they are making food like this? !
I order the pork in green sauce, it looked like pig food I am sorry but it did. I’m leaving a picture of a real pork in green sauce and compare to what they serve…
This place is a great family owned restaurant since the 1955s I believe it said. The food is great and super affordable!
Food was delicious and had vegan options on the menu. It was a small place but clean and friendly.
They charge $13 for a asada burrito but only give you beans and rice and no meat. They had good napkins and forks
Used to love them, but service has gone real sour. Will start going to rival locations from now on
Super tasty! Really fills you up and tastes fresh and homemade and just a funny atmosphere, but unfortunately only plastic/cardboard cutlery
$13 super burrito with very little meat. So what's the regular burrito have? No meat?
It's a very small place, but the workers are friendly and the food is really good.
I had chips and salsa, and a Carne Asada taco.
My daughter had Beef Taquitos.
Probably go back tomorrow for a Breakfast burrito.
Las Palmas is a taquería that offers pretty much all the standard mexican food items at very reasonable prices.
Tasty super burrito - Highly recommend!
They do charge an inflation charge 6% in summer 2023. Their list prices are low enough that the end costs are comparative to other local taco/ burrito places.
Always wanted to check out this place. Tried crispy shredded beef and soft carne asada taco - because when the place is called a taco bar you shouldn’t go wrong. Didn’t disappoint at all both tacos were great. Homemade horchata was pretty good as well.
Scattered attention from employees- many getting little done smoothly- lost orders and long waits or quick orders and extra items depending which side of luck you were on. Food was alright. This place is a Santa Cruz icon and I was bummed to have a lousy experience with so-so food and such a long wait that I had to remind the cashier twice and finally ask a second person to track down my solo order. Confusion! Disappointment! Bah!
If you want to wait 40 minutes for a microwaved soggy meal on a paper plate, this is the place for you
This place WAS great. I think it sold to some kids who talk about their customers behind the counter and make terrible food. Tacos were burned and barely had any meat. Dont know what happened to this place but it is not the same old favorite taco place. It is now a kitchen nightmare candidate.
Grab a taco and local cola and enjoy the outdoor dining perfect for tourist and local watching.
This place is our local favorite Mexican restaurant. Totally authentic Mexican food, also the perfect price too! The employees are superrrr friendly, just watch out getting water that spout gets stuck. Hahaha! Also love the Mexican music the play too, gets you ready for that yummy food!
