Las Pilitas has become my favorite nursery. Penny is such a joy to work with, and her expertise on CA native plants is beyond impressive. Thank you so much for helping me create a butterfly, bee, and bird friendly garden.

I ordered 16 Manzanitas to be delivered to Tucson, AZ last winter. They were in great shape when I received them and have been doing well since planting. I'm definitely planning on ordering from them again.

Online experience was unforgettable. Such massive rare plants found rarely anywhere else. I have purchased Yerba santa endronicum californicum

There is a reason they currently have 5 out of 5 stars. What they do, they do very well. They have a great inventory and very informative website. Not to mention they are one of the few places in California where you can purchase California natives online and have them shipped to your door.

I purchased several woolly bluecurls and a scarlet bugler from LP while changing out my landcape to be all California native plants as part of the bewaterwise yard program where they pay you $2/sqft to plant natives.

The woolly bluecurls are easy to kill but oh so beautiful. All of them came healthy, grew fast and are still alive after 8 months.
I am happy this nursery is here and provides so much information and quality plants to their customers.
I get all my plants from Las Pilitas or T. Payne Foundation. Thank you very much.

I had ordered a salvia apiana, fremontodendron, California pipe vine. After 7 months of having these plants they are still alive in 118 degree Phoenix heat with the exception of the pipe vine I moved him indoors and he's fine. The other 2 are doing well. Even if i were to lose the plants I still like their plant material. Will make another purchase when weather cools down.
