I am more than satisfied with my facial treatment today. Hillary is the best - I will not go to anyone else even when she is busy - I will wait until she can get me in.

Dr. Chotzen and her aide were very attentive and communicative. I feel confident in the level of treatment she used on my various skin abnormalities. She puts my mind at ease.

I just love Dr. Silva and the entire staff. My skin looks incredible and Dr. Silva is so great at making me feel comfortable and providing a natural look, while incorporating the latest techniques. Best bedside manner and just a nice person. Love this place!

I have been coming to Dr. Kilmer's office for over 20 years. Each time I am greeted with kindness and professionalism seldom seen at any other doctor's office. Hightly recommend!

I waited for 40 minutes for the doctor. When she finally came in, she gave me at most 10 minutes. I have issues with my skin and hair after passing through a long medical treatment, so I explained my very visible concerns. She didn’t listen and she seemed bothered by my questions. When I explained an issue she will answer with something like “there’s a vitamin for that “ or “ there’s a treatment for that “ but didn’t say which. She prescribed a medication based on retinoids which have proven to irritate my skin horribly. I explained that to her but she insisted I should use it. When I explained my second concern related to my hair, she only said “eat well. ” So condescending and absurd. I went there for real dermatological issues, not for cosmetic work, and I came out with zero solutions. The worst spent time and money of my life. There’s a reason why I stopped seeing the people here about 3 years ago, they just reminded me to never step foot in this place again.

The staff and doctor were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The office was well run with very little waiting. All my questions were answered.

I will be a patient for life. Everyone was informative and patient. They spent a lot of time with me helping address my concerns and providing solutions and answered all of my questions.

I have had many facials but never one that addressed bags-under- the-eyes as well! I am surprised and encouraged by the effect and will definately keep it up. Thanks, Kaley!

I ran late due to an accident on Highway 50 Near Stockton Boulevard. Wendy and Marcel worked very hard to see my doctor in spite of the fact that I was 40 minutes late. The support staff was great and Dr. King was absolutely fabulous in performing two separate procedures on me. It was great, and I could not be more pleased. Thank you staff, you were all awesome.
