I personally had a great experience with laser away sherman oaks. Nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff very professional and friendly clean facility.

Team was safe and efficient. Also I enjoyed that the TV in the room was turned to FX instead of the usual (albeit more "on brand") Kardashian-type garbage. Enjoyed it more watching an action movie while getting lased. Haha

This company is completely money driven and seems almost scam like. I was told it would be around 5k to complete one area, and needed to create a credit card in order to pay for the treatments. I now go to sev laser which is pay per session & it’s around 40$ per treatment. No credit card needed. At the end of my treatments I will be spending no where even close to 5,000. The people at sev don’t make you feel like you’re just a paycheck to them, they actually care about what you need done, and inform you on all aspects. Wouldn’t recommend laser away to anyone. Go to sev, or probably any other laser place in la.

BEWARE! THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE! I met with Melissa a salesperson/manager (?) on 3/13 and prepaid for Coolsculpting. When I met with the nurse to get the procedure, she asked me a few qualifying medical questions. She then told I couldn’t get the procedure because of a medical condition. I called Melissa on 3/14 and asked for a refund and after first offering me discounts on other services, she said she would refund me the $2000. A week later the lockdown happened and I got a bill for the procedure I never got. After trying to speak with someone for weeks I talked to Barbara from corporate who tells me when they reopen all I would have to do is call the location and I could get my refund. When they finally reopened I spoke to Lauren and explained the situation. On Thursday evening 6/11, Lauren from Laseraway calls me to tell me “unfortunately” they can’t offer me a refund. How am I stuck with a $2000 bill for nothing? Plenty of companies perform similar procedures. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I first came across laser away on Snapchat and instantly went in for a consultation. The consultation was great! I paid on the spot and later went in for my treatment. I was paired with a nurse who had no experience the machine kept coming off and it was very painful. Then I was promised that if the treatment doesn’t show any results they will happily redo the treatment. It’s now been more than three months and I have absolutely no results in fact I actually gained a pound. And the director is insisting I wait another 3 months when at the beginning I was told I should definitely see results after three months. So word of advice I don’t suggest going to laser away there are many other places that do the same treatment for a lot cheaper.

Be Aware Shady Sales Tactics. Lauren at the Sherman Oaks office sold me a clear and brilliant package for over $2800 with the promise of having all my acne scars disappear or money back guarantee. After a year and 12 treatments, there has been absolutely 0% improvement and the only thing they’re willing to offer is for me to purchase another package of 12 treatments for $2800. She will say anything to sell u their bogus services with no results. I have attempted to contact the management many times and no one will return my calls. At this point I will be filling a small claims against them for a full refund!

It was a nice experience. Not a long wait but waiting in the lobby took longer compared to the actual procedure.

The Sherman Oaks location is wonderful! I dropped by just to set up an appointment and they were able to see me that day.
I'm currently getting laser hair removal at another establishment and I can tell the difference. The LA lasers have VERY cold air that surround them so the discomfort is close to zero.
Staff is friendly and knowledge and they have great hours of operation. Completely recommend.

Had to great sessions of cool sculpting with Ineshia and Arsema. They both made sure I was comfortable And had anything I needed. They made the experience a breeze and I’m grateful. Thank you ladies

My 2nd visit was to their new location in Valencia.just recently opened; same friendly and cordial staff. RN staff very knowledgable and took the time to explain each step and answered all questions. I definitely recommend this facility! 10 out of 10!

I had my appointment at 5: 30 p.m, I was treated at 5.45 p.m. And everything was very fast and my sideburns were horrible and irregular.
The last time I came to inject voluma on my cheekbones and the girl touchme a nerve with the injection, I was with my face swollen and very sore for a week.

This should not happen and as I only use a translator to speak in English, the laser away staff does not care

They have horrible customer services and just care about making money. I had to wait forever even though I had an appointment! I went in for a tattoo removal and I have been through several sessions and it still looks the same. They told me it would only take two or three sessions to make it vanish!

Laser Away Sherman Oaks is the best place in Southern California for hair removal. I'm additcted to it now since I've and several treatments. I received the Brazilian and underarm hair removal on a special (great price). After you get the hair removal you will never want to see a razor or wax anymore. The Staff at Laser Away are great. I've been going to get rid of my back hair. Brittany is the one who has taken care of me and is very thorough and nice. It's a pleasure to come here. And Brittany at the front desk amis great too. If you deal with the two britts you can't go wrong

Even though I was late to my appointment they didn't turn me down and let me have my session, they are vary quick

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They make the experience very comfortable and pleasant. The only drawback is they are pricey.

I had several Clear & Brilliant treatments. The entire staff is so friendly and kind! I recommend going to any of their Open offices to find out more information.

I've wanted to get my hair laser removed for years and it turned out to be so much faster, easier and more painless than I expected. I love the women who work here, I feel truly taken care of each step of the way and they are attentive to your experience. Service during tx is pretty good, however, explanation of how their lasers work, what to do before the first treatment, and what to expect on the first visit would have been appreciated.
