I’ve been doing laser hair removal on my full body and it’s such a gamechanger! No more ingrowns and no more shaving! The office is super clean with friendly staff along with professional nurses! Highly recommend! Worth every penny!

I love LaserAway! The hair removal procedure is effective, comparing to other places that I have been to. I also do laser facials (Clear + Brilliant), one of the best treatments! The staff there are all very friends and knowledge as well. Def would recommend to my friends!

I will not be using them again. Not to mention the hair removal with my ideal super pale skin and dark hair has not really been achieved (I've had laser hair removal on other parts of my body and with finer hair and succeeded).

On top of that, an appointment was made for me on Easter Sunday. No one called or tried to reschedule. They simply sent me a text tuesday mid day while I was working.

When I called to reschedule there were no available appointments to help me. I was understandably ANGRY because this could have been fixed long before.

On top of that, the young lady taking my call kept telling me they did call me- THEY DID NOT. She claimed they called months ago. This is a flat out lie that she kept repeating adding fuel to the fire.

I finally settled on a time that requires me to cancel work appointments. Do the employees understand how we pay for the services that pay them?

TO ADD ICING TO THE CAKE, I told her just schedule me then angy and needing to work- she and whoever was with her though I'd hung up and burst out laughing. Nice to know y'all do not care about your clients.

I got great services here. Very satisfied with the results. After 8 sessions I have almost no hair at all on my back and I used to have a lot! Nurses are great and very professional and Giau at the front desk is always very helpful and friendly with scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations and follow ups. Definitely recommend here to all friends and family.

Never stop calling you to try to book an appointment. I got 5 calls within a week and a number of texts. I told them to leave me alone and they won’t. If they had a softer marketing approach maybe I would’ve booked but this is too much.

Jessica T saved the day!
My first experience here I'll give a 3 and that's only because of the receptionist being so nice
But that tech lady that gave me my 1st laser hair removal treatment was so rude and inconsiderate. Her energy was so nasty that I considered not coming back.
Being convinced to just finish the 2 treatments I had left, I went back here for my 2nd laser hair removal treatment.
Preparing myself mentally for the rudeness.
Instead, I was greeted by an angel named Jessica
Ms. Jessica T is what I call her and baby she saved the DAY
She let me know she'll be doing my treatment today and everything from her smile, energy, voice, mannerism, and knowledge made me feel happy and that, I was in good hands.
Ms. Jessica T is such a beautiful spirit and deserves to be acknowledged.
She's the definition of great customer service and going above.
Even when she shared information regarding a product, I didn't get she was attempting to make a sale, I got.she listened to me and in listening to me she heard my need and shared with me the very thing that could help with that need.
I bought the product and it is helping.thanks girl

These people are not only inconsistent in their policies but the front desk girl is always rude and beyond that, so completely unhelpful. They also have these “deals” but they will SCAM you. Stay away at all costs.

First gentleman on phone, so welcoming. Then like magic I get put on hold and a woman has me blaring on speakerphone. She needs a picture of me ASAP via text. WHILE I was rushing to give her her picture & just had to hit send, I was explaining that I had pterygium surgery & that’s why one of my eyes are a tad red.healing. She laughed & said, “can I just get that picture. I have a nurse waiting! ”
Lol. NOT. Moving on. Rude.

LaserAway every penny! Everyone here is experienced, helpful, and very friendly. I've had ear piercings that hurt more than my LaserAway I got done here. Highly recommend.

The W. Hollywood Laser Away is always spotlessly clean but in the age of C-19 more so. Reception is fun and my nurse, Rousyl is extremely professional and has a lovely treatment table bedside manner. It went well and I highly recommend Laser Away for Botox injections to help freeze my frown lines.

I love laserway because it hurts less and the laser technicians are knowledgeable about what they do and answer my questions in detail. It helps eliminate in grown hair which also decreases dark spots due to ingrown hair.

Don’t waste your time or money. Last March I went in for my regularly scheduled appointment only to be told that there system said I had already attended my appointment a week prior and that they couldn’t see me because the dates were too close together. It was an unbelievable accusation. I understand trying to keep your patients safe, but LISTEN to your customer when they insist that they weren’t there and make it right. I escalated it to the Area manager who continued to side with the receptionist. I demanded a refund for the package I purchased which they finally agreed to accommodate and over 1 year later, I still don’t have it. Never go here. Don’t give them a dime.

I was completely deceived by this company!

I came in for a consultation for CoolSculpting, after a 20 minute meeting which was more of a sales pitch than anything, I was pressured into putting 1000 dollars down to reserve a date. I told the woman that I could not commit to anything until consulting with my fiancé. She said that if I cancelled before 24 hours of my appt, I would get a refund. I canceled two days prior to the appointment but NEVER received my refund. I came in twice and spoke to Philip, he said both times that it would take a couple of weeks to process and I still never heard anything. I emailed customer service and they originally apologized and offered me a deal, which I said I wasn't interested in. Then, they emailed that they would not be refunding me the money. So sketchy!: (

The manager of this place possesses poor managing skills. As much as I loved the services and treatments at this place I’m not coming back there only because of the highly unprofessional manager who doesn’t seem to fulfill his working responsibilities and provides bad experience. Just like that, places loose customers (loyal customers btw), and then the word gets spread. Dear Phillip, be mindful of how you’re speaking to people that pay for services at your working place probably more than you get paid. And this applies not just to me but to every person that is your customer. I hope your executives will see this review and possibly provide some qualifications training for you at least.
