The staff here are friendly. They always offer something to drink while you wait, and every nurse that I have seen is professional and respectful.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Noza was so helpful and knowledgeable to explain products and treatments to help my hyperpigmentation. I couldn’t be more happier with my result. I have gotten two sessions so far and there is more to go. Nurse was very gentle and professional during my treatment. Highly recommend Burlingame brunch.

The most unprofessional service ever! Beware.
They set you up an appointment via email and send you a text message. Made you wait 10 mins.and informs you Zoom is only for fat removal. They make it your fault that they were late in calling.

I like the Burlingame Branch especially Shelby, Noza and Gigi, they were very helpful, nice and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions. The branch is small but I like the ambiance and the people there. I like their happy face. It was my first time in burlingame, and I decided to continue my appointments there.

The manager Jen is awesome! She is attentive to my specific needs and took time to explain all the products and treatments to help with my hyperpigmentation. When I was worried about pricing (as the treatments can be expensive) she helped me understand the packages and payment plans. The rest of the staff are friendly and supportive too!

I bought a Groupon on Feb and have tried contacting them multiple times to set up an appointment. They make the appointment especially hard with an "initial consultation" and the second they hear "Groupon", they stop responding or showing interest. I had been texting back and forth with an expert after my second initial consultation and for a week waited on a response for a laser appointment. I am still waiting. I finally had to ask Groupon for a refund.

I love this location with its new management, I always go to Sarah to get help she’s so patient and gives great service. All nurses are amazing but Lauren is just on the next level.
I’m looking forward to get more services from them.

Despite selling their services on Groupon, they refused to honor it saying they changed their policy. No, it wasn't expired or anything. Just a business acting in bad faith.

Did a lot of sessions didn’t see any results. Spend your money in a difficult place where they really care about their customers. Terrible customer service

Great hospitality and clean and bright! In and out in a flash if you have a busy on the go life. Lots of great food in area also!
