I have been doing clear and brilliants here and everyone has been amazing. The nurses are knowledgeable and skilled. The girls at the front desk are so kind and informative about all the treatments available. The area is in a nice shopping plaza so you can get errands done, eat, or shop after self care.

I just got the new microneedling treatment that laseraway just started offering and was very happy with the treatment and my experience at this location. My nurse was super informative about the process and aftercare, which I really appreciated, and she was very thorough when doing the treatment!

Everytime I get my treatment done I always request for Jina! She is very knowledgeable, and I always feel very well taken care of. If you go to this location, I highly recommend asking for Jina! Her schedule gets booked super fast so make sure to book early!

I did my very first Thermage today. Aside from the result, I’m not satisfied with the nurse practitioner who worked on my face at all. First, she dropped the gel everywhere as she went. It dropped into my eyes, my ears, stained my shirt. It’s just a mess. Second, she was very rushing, absolutely didn’t want to wait for a second at all! I was still in the process of cleaning my eyes, she started another session just like that, given the procedure itself was extremely painful. Third, after she’s done with the machine, I ended up cleaning myself up. She didn’t give me anything, no moisturizer, no sunscreen, nothing. I paid $3k for the service, that’s what I got?

Zohal and Jina are the best at laseraway. They make you feel so taken care of and this is the best place for Botox filler and hair removal. I would not recommend any other place. Thank you for always being so attentive and not making us feel like a sales number!

I got to get four stars because at the front desk ladies. I was four minutes late and they told me they had to cancel my appointment. I said it was quite difficult to find parking here. After much arguing that they agreed to just let me in. And do my appointment.
It’s cheap laser treatments, so I do like to use Lazor Away. But just maybe skip this location and go to a different one. The other reason I am giving four stars is because the next time I came in with my girlfriend and we both had treatments I came out of the room and she was in the lobby with the ladies crying and arguing. Her face was bleeding and I was wondering what was going on. She said she was traumatized and she will never be coming back. The ladies were just horrible to her. They also said when we came in that they couldn’t find our accounts. We definitely paid for large packages that we were upset that they couldn’t find our accounts for quite some time. So save your receipts and all the proof of anything you pay for here.

Julie is fantastic. She is always asking about comfort level and looks to maximize results. Most importantly she takes her time and gets every body part when using the laser. I’ve worked with several people - she’s the best. At her next review, don’t skimp on her raise.
