Had a positive experience at Laser Away in Fresno. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My nurse was Ruby S, and she’s amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment.

Emily was amazing! Definitely recommend her She was skilled and knowledgeable about my Clear and Brilliant treatment.

The staff is so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I was made to feel welcome and their service was excellent.

I’ve always had to wait in the lobby after checking in and the longest I’ve waited is a little over an hour since the nurse was running behind. I was very understanding and patiently waited. But the one time I was running 10 mins late they refused to see me. They didn’t even give me a call to check to see if I was close or was going to make it. Nor was I ever told there is a five minute grace period. I understand I was 10 mins late but how is that fair when I’ve always waited so patiently every single time. If you are thinking of doing laser treatments with them, please do a session at a time instead of pre-paying for the whole entire package to see if you like the experience first. Because if I could get a refund and go with a different place right now, I would.

100% recommend doing laser treatments! I have had sugaring in the past and the pain is 9/10! Laser on the pain scale (mainly discomfort) is a 3/10! Laser is honestly the way to go! Although it is pricey the results are permanent and you won’t have to continue the expense of wax or sugaring!

Mom went in 10mins late then they had her sit down, after 15mins pass in an empty lobby the receptionist argued saying she was 15mins late and will not be seen. My mom said she was 10mins late and receptionist then said since she's 10mins late she won't be seen. Then why did you have her wait and if she had an appointment you'd think she'd get a simple reschedule rather than making a scene. If you get appointment here make sure your early or get ready for poor customer service. This was the second time the same receptionist treated my mom like this, overall poor service. Just go to the other location.

LaserAway in Fresno is amazing! I was treated for laser hair removal and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their lead nurse, Chyna, is SO knowledgeable and passionate about her work and it shows in the satisfaction from her clients. I recommended both of my parents to go see Chyna for Botox, and they loved their results! My dad was apprehensive about it being his first time, but Chyna really put him at ease with her friendly demeanor and solid expertise. She is a true professional! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm getting great results on my back and shoulders Laser Hair Removal package and am now going to start treating botox with them too. I know I'm in good hands with all of the nurses and the ladies at the front desk are alway so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering aesthetic services. Five stars.

The people are accommodating however one issue that I have is the consistent “nurse being behind. ” I would wait at least half an hour to an hour of waiting for your appointment.

This clinic is breath of fresh air compared to others! The girls at the front are very knowledgeable, my nurse was Linda was very pleasant and made the entire process very comfortable!

I went in today for my treatment and the nurse Marissa was amazing! She was so helpful my previous nurses have been really helpful but she really went above and beyond to make my treatment comfortable.

I came in for Xeomin and Laser Tattoo removal. Chyna did an amazing job as she always does, both with listening to my needs and her perfect placement technique! I strongly recommend asking for her when making appointments!

It is impossible to schedule an appointment. I thought I had rescheduled my appointment a week later, but there was miscommunication, and she scheduled earlier. So when I tried to check what time my appointment was, I found I missed it. Now I'm rescheduling, and the only times available are a month later, and none of the times work, so I've basically paid around 3,600 and am unable to schedule any appointments for lazer.

I visited the Fresno location and I had such a great experience. Would 10/10 recommend this location for anyone who wants to get laser hair removal!

Today I had my first visit for laser hair removal. I’ve been wanting to do this for quite some time. I was a little skeptical but I had such a great experience. Donna was the representative that walked me through the entire process to book my appointment. I told her what I wanted and worked with my schedule. She’s amazing!

The front staff was very welcoming and professional. I felt welcomed and comfortable. And when it was time for my treatment, nurse Marissa was informative, professional and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable, especially having my Brazilian area.

I had my under arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian done today. It was minimal pain for the most part, except the Brazilian. It was a little uncomfortable but it he nurse took time to make sure I was okay. So overall I’d say 6/10 pain in that area. Totally tolerable.

It’s definitely an investment, it’s not cheap but I strongly believe investing in yourself is the best investment!

I’m looking forward to the results! This far I’ve had a great experience. Can’t wait for summer to rock a bare skin.
