My experience here at Lash Factor was the best, my eyelash extensions lasted for 3 weeks and I been coming since, I tried the body treatments and now I’m hooked with this place, I lost 3 inches in my first session, all girls there are very sweet and professional, I highly recommend this place in Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks

Great customer service! Eyelash extensions are delicately and professionally affixed, one on each natural lash. The stylist helped me to determine the right set of extension for my personal taste. I'm delighted by the way my eyes look, and by how quickly I can get ready every day. Thank you girls!

This place is amazing! The ladies there made me feel welcomed and comfortable, knowing that I was nervous getting my microblading eyebrows. My eyebrows were beautifully done and is the best thing I ever done. I will only go back and get it done with lashfactor. My new place and can’t wait to get more done to my face!

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE! They will not last for more than a week! I've been calling them for a week asking to speak to the manger, and they've been giving me the run around saying they would call back but never do! I had to go to another professional to get my lashes fixed and even they said whoever did my lashes did a POOR job! This was a waste of money and I tried getting my money back because they are truly ripping people off! So save your money and do not go here for lashes!

I LOVE this place! Treated with high professionalism! Always friendly and positive atmosphere. I refer EVERYONE here for all of their services. The staff is TRULY THE BEST in what they do! Not to mention, not overpriced! I very highly recommend the Lash Factor!
